Everything fine except for freezing room and ac needed maintenance… PLUS terrible appearance at the reception desk!! Battered desk clerk’s chair, view of cardboard trash into back room behind her. Totally avoidable and not at all “quality.” Gives a shabby and poor impression.

I booked this room due to being very sick so I couldn't travel for work as planned. It was quiet enough for me to get much needed sleep & rest. Staff was friendly & helpful. What I didn't like is the fact I saw black mold on the window sill/pane, which has been proven to make people very sick, so I hope that didn't contribute to my continued sickness.

Odd lighting configuration, switch only on one side of king bed. No hair dryer in room and no mention of them available at front desk. Breakfast eggs consumed and never replenished.

I was giving to a room and some guys already staying in the room. The carpet is so dirty and the parking lot has some young people riding bicycles around the parking lots. Looks like homeless kids.

It was very quiet and the people were very nice to me. The housekeeper gave me a change of towels, which was very nice. The staff was very accommodating also.

The staff were very professional and due to our late flight the staff was willing to wait for us to arrive before ending their shift. The room we stayed in the door lock would lock. Because of our late arrival we had no one to address this issue. We have stayed in Quality Inns over the years and the continental breakfast at least had enough food for their guests. Normally, there was a staff member who would over see the area to be sure all the items served was well stocked. We had addressed that the coffee was out and they came in to get the pot and never returned while we were in the dining area. Never restocked the eggs and they were out of orange juice. The dining area was open 6:30 -9:30 and we arrived at 7:30. I also needed to as the front desk if they could clean the sticky tables. I was very disappointed of our stay for this hotel. When i addressed the door issue, i hope they get a repair person to repair the door. Because staff came to our room before the check out time and tried coming into our room. They also didnt have do not disturb door signs.
