Pool home

Exactly as described, very neat and clean. The pool was awesome and nice yard to hang out in.Beds very comfortable, the whole house was very well appointed. Near the shamrock park which connects to the legacy trail, which I walked several times. Also catch the ferry over to Casperson beach and collect shells and sharks teeth. I will definitely stay here again.

We met our Kansas family there and the place was perfect for the 6 of us. Ample room in the house and it was very clean. The kids loved the pool, of course. We slept in the master bedroom and I had some issues with the mattress but theres no bed like home, lol. We had a great vacation there and appreciate the owners allowing us to enjoy their little oasis.

Great Vacation home

My family and I had a great time staying here while visiting family. The house was super clean, and the beds were comfortable. The house had everything we needed. Spending time in the pool was terrific and a welcome relief from the hot Florida sun.

South Venice March 2023

This was a great house for my family of six laid out so we could all have some privacy yet come together to enjoy our gathering. The pool was fantastic so we spent a lot of time in and around it. Travel into Venice was easy and quick, plus there were many amenities within a few miles of the house. Our host was friendly and welcoming giving us recommendations about restaurants, beaches and local events. She went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and was extremely responsive to the few questions I sent her. We could not have been happier with our choice of this house and location. I would not hesitate to return to this house and host in the future.

House was very nice and clean inside, pool was great. Yard needed to be cut, back yard was like a foot high with weeds and grass and the lanai door needs a curtain, at night you can see straight into the house. But other than a few easy little change it was a great stay.

Amazing stay !!!

This was one of the most amazing rentals we got. Just to start the house was clean and welcoming. The bathroom clean and had extra soap shampoo the bedrooms was nice size and the mattress OMG so comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and they had a grill outside in the pool area. The pool was clean weekly and was the most fun part. This house is close to amazing beaches and great restaurants. Russell the host was very nice to us. We are planning to come back and stay in this house again

This house has been updated and was very clean upon arrival. The owners have several personal touches that make you feel very welcome. Pool is a nice amenity. We like to visit a different beach everyday so it is centrally located for that. We had 6 of us (2 adults 4 teenagers) eating was a little tight but not a deal breaker.
