Welcome to Sea Whisper, our brand new renovated home with 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms, private dock, swimming pool, and spacious backyard. Located at the tranquil north end of Anna Maria Island but still just two blocks from Pine Ave, our private bungalow has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! Sailboat directly to Bimini Bay, walk to the gulf side of the island or the City Pier. Has large screened porch; full kitchen with cooking essentials; Smart TV, WiFi; central air; washer/dryer.

Get the most out of your vacation by enjoying our spacious backyard that connects directly to our private dock and swimming pool. Fire up the grill or enjoy a relaxing drink on the screened porch; take a dip in the pool, which can be heated; boat or kayak directly from the dock into Bimini Bay. The private dock is also a great way to experience the plentiful island wildlife; you'll be sure to see fish, birds, and even manatees from the dock.

The large open kitchen has a large stovetop, dishwasher, granite countertops, and comes equipped with the essentials you need to start cooking to enjoy dinner in the dining area or out in the backyard. Don't feel like cooking? Our home is within walking distance to some of the island's best restaurants. We also provide a Keurig coffee maker with starter pods for your coffee/tea needs.

Bedroom 3: Treehouse bed (bundle bed, one full and one twin bed) with ensuite bathroom.

One of few on the island with dockage and pool!

Excellent accommodations with each Of 3 bedrooms having its own full bath and TV. It is within walking distance to downtown and the beautiful beach. Boat dock! Owners were quick to respond and went above and beyond to accommodate.

Good property, great location

This property needs some updating and overall it was a great stay. The decor looked to have been updated 10-15 years ago. We took advantage of the kayaks, very peaceful meandering through the canals. There is one bike, fairly old, so we rented a couple more for our crew. The location is across the street from the community center (pickleball or tennis for $20/person - 3 indoor courts as well). The entire island is convenient for riding bikes, golf carts, or just walking. There aren’t enough restaurants to handle the busy season, expect to wait quite a while for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Overall enjoyable stay and the owners were easy to work with.

Great Location for a Great Time

Sea Whisper is in an excellent location on the north end of Anna Maria Island within very close walking distance of all the shops and food on Pine Street, as well as just a short walk (or drive) to the beach. The property was very clean for us and Jenny was in close communication throughout our stay. She was an excellent and gracious host. We even saw some manatees in the canal behind the house. The pool was a pretty cold, but the kids swam in it a couple of times. The beds were very comfortable. Overall an excellent stay.

Super Spacious

The home was well maintained and so large and comfortable. The best part would have to be the outdoor area. The large covered porch was perfect as our stay occurred during a windy tropical storm. The porch allowed us to enjoy the outdoors! Home was protected from wind and rain. Great open living space and beds were very comfy. Pool area could use some TLC, but it was great to sit on the deck and watch the wildlife on the water.

Anna Maria Stay

We had a great stay in Anna Maria. House was perfectly located, plenty of parking, and ample space throughout the house. Every room had its own bathroom which was great. Everything was within walking distance including plenty of restaurants and beaches. Kids loved the outside areas, and the house was decorated nicely and kept clean. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys at the house. Host answered all of our questions very quickly and provided some good advice on restaurants and things to do on the island. Overall a great stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

We love AMI

This is a nice property. The 3 bedrooms each have a full bath connected to the bedroom. The screened in pool is fantastic. We saw manatees swim up to the dock behind the house. We could easily get to the beach, pier, recreation facilities, and everything else on the island.

Even better than expected

Our family which included five adults and two kids (4 and 7) had the most amazing stay. The home is better than described, plenty of space, beautiful, and a great location. When we arrived there were even a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table. We all loved watching/seeing the manatees from the dock and the pool! There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrella, bikes. We had everything we needed. The house is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, the pier. Even before we booked Jenny was quick to respond to all the questions we had and she continued the same level of responsiveness the whole time. Thanks Jenny for such a great stay! We hope to be back again! :)

Cute house, great location

We've stayed on AMI a few times, and it was great to be so near Pine Ave! We loved being able to stroll to Waffle Press in the mornings, shop in the afternoons, then walk to the Waterfront for dinner.

Delightful cottage

We really loved the home… it was surprising how a 1500 sq ft home could feel o So big… having a private bathroom for each bedroom was great. Loved the heated pool and the private dock (where 3 manatees entertained every day). The home is right in the heart of Anna Maria where you can walk or ride bikes to Anna Maria downtown and piers, and easy access to both the bay and beach.

Great house walking distance to beach

My wife and I came here with two other couples for a wedding and this house was a great home base. The house is a short walk to beaches and all of the shops and restaurants on the island. the pool was great. We each had a bedroom and bathroom.

Perfect island getaway

We loved this space. Perfect location, within walking distance to both sides of the island. The pier and beach were close and walkable for us even with an infant. Cute shops and restaurants close. The house was clean and comfortable and we appreciated that there was a pack and play since we were traveling with a baby. The pool was amazing and the dock was a great bonus so we could fish right at the house. We even saw a momma and baby manatee one day! Jenny was super responsive and helpful with every question and request. We will definitely stay here again and refer our friends and family! What a treasure!

Hidden Treasures

The property had a bunch of hidden treasures. The obvious ones were location, bicycles, and pool. The hidden ones, we, I’m going to keep them that way as it added an element of surprise and joy to our stay. Owners were very responsible, house was clean, loved the various spaces and layout.

Property is amazing!. We loved our stay! Clean, spacious, upgrades and everyone has a shower/sink/toilet in their room! Pool was beautiful, very clean and a great size! Location was perfect! Few minutes Manatee beach and down the street from golf cart rentals. We tried the Sand bar. Excellent food and cocktails right on the beach and only 5 minutes from the home! Super convenient! Great location!

The interior of the house is great! Looks like just recently renovated. However, I do think the exterior needs a little TLC. There were some beach items available but some were broken. Overall, we had a good stay.
