The lush landscaping and travertine decking around the brand new oversized saltwater pool makes for a stunning evening grilling out with your closest family and friends with no hassle of finding a spot of shade to cool down from the Florida sun! The outdoor lights and pool lights create a stunning ambiance at night. Bring everyone in the family including your pet for a small fee! This vacation rental is located closely to the pristine beaches of Anna Maria Island, nearby grocery, shops, and restaurants, GT Bray Park is only a short distance away along with many golf courses.

We REALLY liked this place!

We are 6 adults in our 60s and from PA. We found the house to be perfect for our needs while visiting Bradenton for some Spring Training baseball and fun. The outdoor pool and patio were perfect for relaxing in the sun and shade. We spent many hours there. The house looks just like the VRBO pictures and the listing is accurate. We really had no complaints at all. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would happily stay there again should we decide to stay in Bradenton again.

Amazing stay

We drove 18 hours to the house and the experience was worth the trip! About 15 min from the beach and never had a problem finding a parking space. Went to the beach from 11am to roughly 5pm ordered dinner on the way home and had a great dinner at the house every night and pool time after dinner. The house was in a nice neighborhood and very clean and neat. The master bedroom was a little hot, the air didn't seem to circulate very well in that room only, but that was the only gripe.

Wonderful house, good location!

Loved the house! It was perfect for 4 adults and one 6 year old. Each family had their own space. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The pool and outside area are wonderful. Very easy and close access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice home, 10 minutes to the beach. Pool was great, would have been nice if it was cleaned during our stay. We were there for 7 days with two dogs. House needs more kitchen utensils, hand soap, more then one garage bag and toilet paper. Need to read reviews, master mattress needs Replaced. A lot of reviews had asked for it. Would stay agin, just know what to pack.

Amazing place to stay. My husband and I got married on Anna Maria Island and this was a perfect place to stay. House is beautiful--updated, spacious, and clean. Backyard pool and lounging area were perfect for the family to relax before and after our big day. Location is close to grocery store and not too far away from the island. Definitley would stay again!

Great stay- very clean. Would recommend to any family or couple looking to get away. Only Cons: No trash bags, No bathroom exhaust fans, and the bed in the master bedroom is in dyer need of replacement... ouch- Hello, Chiropractor! Aside of these few minimal things, it is an extremely quiet neighborhood and it is located near all the food and activities you can imagine. 10 minutes to the beach.. House is cozy and pool is stellar! We will be back to the area again soon!

Nice house and pool, filthy yard

My family stayed at this property in August. When we arrived, the small back yard around the pool was covered in dog feces. My husband had to spend 30 minutes cleaning up a large grocery bag full of poop. Having arrived with 3 dogs ourselves, I simply cannot understand how someone could relax in the pool area surrounded by poop, or how this was overlooked. Other than that, house and pool were great.

Good but it could be better

Property was overall good, clean and nice location, I was just little disappointed, the supply’s were just the ones put in no extras. Paper toilet,trash bags etc I look everyonewhere I couldn’t find any also the mattress In the master bedroom is very uncofortable

This house was super cute. The backyard was a little paradise all in its self. We hardly left the backyard. The pool is perfect the landscaping and furniture where so tastefully done. We Definitely will come back for another stay.
