This stunning, ocean view, two story unit has everything you need for a perfect and relaxing stay. Please note there are stairs in the unit. This unit offers remarkable views of the ocean from your second floor private patio and the upstairs master bedroom. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV and a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there is an air mattress that can accommodate two people. This unit is perfect for putting the kids to bed upstairs and retreating to the main level of the condo to enjoy the rest of the evening or sit out on the patio and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

Perfect Getaway
When we first walked thru the door, we were immediately amazed on how beautiful the condo was. The view was amazing and we could hear the waves crashing all day and night. I never slept so good away from home until here. Location was close to everything including a walkway directly to the beach. We highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

Nice beachfront space
This unit was plenty big for our family of 4. It was generally well-stocked, with most of the things we needed, and several "extra" things that were very appreciated, including, but not limited to: bedding, towels, beach towels, coffee maker, dehumidifier, wakeboards/ boogie boards, beach chairs, and plenty of outlets/USB plugs. The bedrooms share a bathroom on the 2nd floor, there is not a dedicated master bath. There were a few cleaning issues, surfaces seemed to remain grimy even after vacuuming/ wiping down; possibly some mildew in the downstairs shower. Water temperature and pressure were fine. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Satellite Beach vacation
Overall our vacation was very good and timely for us. The view of the beach was awesome and the location also worked very well for us. No hair dryer when we arrived but we called management and got one promptly. We had a problem with the internet and were not able to attend a zoom meeting. The tv in the second bedroom did not work well. The furniture was of mediocre quality but the mattress was excellent in the main bedroom. We had a good stay.

Beautiful view of ocean from downstairs! Great swimming pool at ocean’s edge! Nice place but not fancy. Stairs gross and are a safety concern. Upstairs window needs replacing so that you can see through it.

Right on water with lovely pool.
Nice apt which is a little dated. Clean and comphy master bed. Carpet is on inside stairs and needs to be replaced or removed. Very convenient to grocery store. Building is a little strange set up with single floor apt below a town house style upper.

We were relocating to Florida and had 2 dogs with us ,so happy to have found a great place to stay .the ocean views were gorgeous and the pool was nice. Seems to be a well managed and maintained property, pool was clean and popular. Window washing crew and a grounds maintenance crew were working during our trip. Our unit, #229, had a very nice view from the balcony and master bedroom. This property is mostly rental units so people moving in and out frequently. Our unit showed some normal wear and tear, nothing too serious. We would rent again on our next trip to Satellite Beach.

Beautiful view, but condo needs updating
The condo was in a great location. Beautiful view of the ocean, easy walking access to Publix and Duncan Donuts. However, the condo is in need of updating. There is a rip in the carpet at the top.of the steps, which could be dangerous if someone got caught in it. The mattresses were not comfortable in either room. The bathroom sinks are in dire need if updating. The access box light doesn't work. So when we entered our code, the door didnt open. We tried several times. I thought I had the wrong code. A nice neighbor told us to lift the handle up rather than down. I think the door is warped, because we had problems exiting too. However. I really loved the location and would like to stay again, if there were other units that were more updated. Drew was propmt and great to work with.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The view was amazing. The condo was very quiet. We never head any of the neighbors, which was awesome. They are building a new unit next door and you did hear that noise early in the morning but it wasn't bad. We wake up early anyway. The beach is our favorite East coast beach. It was not crowded. The Shells were beautiful. My husband and son really enjoyed surf fishing while we were there. I loved that it was quiet, non commercial and laid back. We will definitely be visiting again. The condo was perfect.

Loved the condo and had such a beautiful ocean view
This was our first family vacation and we picked the best condo around with a beautiful ocean view. Our kids loved to eat every meal out on the balcony and watch the ocean waves. It was so convenient that the ocean was just steps away, could wash the kids off and go straight to the pool. The beds are so comfortable and it felt just like home. There are grocery stores right across the street and restaurants all down the road. This condo was the perfect place for my family to experience our first vacation together. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Thank you for a great stay.

Room 339 was the best!
This was our first time at Satellite beach and we LOVED It! You are so close to many larger cities, like Cocoa Beach or Vero Beach, without being in that crowd!! The beaches are not crowded, so you feel like you are on vacation by yourself! There are so many PUBLIC beach access, you can visit a new beach everyday. Make sure you go to Sebastian Inlet State park...it is awesome!! This condo unit has been recently updated, with gorgeous furniture. The pool is great! You step outside your front door to the elevator and washer/dryer room... so convenient! And...Publix is directly across the street! There are some awesome local eateries ... just use Yelp to look them up :) We are in the process of booking another vacation through Drew (he is the best)!! I highly recommend this unit...it is convenient to everything!

Great views!!
Great views, loved that we could bring out pet. I would recommend new chairs for the beach and steak knives for the kitchen. It was a very quiet area even with the new construction next door. Loved that we could hear the waves while sitting indoors as well.
