They are under construction, adding to the hotel. They handled it well and no inconvenience. Nice stay, we enjoyed it. I won ladies night and on the slots. Paid for our vacation. Great time!

The staff was efficient, but you had to get to the pool by going up the elevator through construction and then down the elevator. Our room was on the opposite end she had to walk through the stores, deli etc. in your bathing suit to get to the pool very inconvenient. It was a beautiful property though and the room was good

Ok casino hotel, but being remodeled. Wasn’t clear where to park when we arrived. For the price, the room was ok. The bathroom had problems. The faucet had touch controls that were peculiar, so I shaved with cold water and brushed my teeth with hot water. The restaurant was cheap, but was under staffed and the food was mediocre.

Although nonsmoking room, hallways smelt heavily of cigarette and pot smoke. Understand that it is legal in MI. Currently undergoing renovations. Had to walk through construction area to get to pool/fitness area and fitness center I’ll save you the trouble, don’t waste your time. Room itself was dusty, no cleaning service, bed making or trash pickup during entire stay. Very low quality and dated equal or slightly below budget hotel

The valet person was very nice but the rest of the employees not so nice. Construction and open wires on our floor. The restaurant wasn’t open and neither was the whirlpool. The place was getting a facelift which it needs but unsatisfactory with the food, bar and other amenities it offered. Things were dirty and tore up.

Ceiling tiles in the bathroom in our fifth floor room were damaged and appeared to have considerable mold from a water leak. Bathtub with damage and again some mold.

We were greeted with scowls from the front desk. No one told us that is was under complete construction and renovations. The pool was shut down as was the hot tub. There was no food service and you had to search for an open bar. The construction was right outside our room to the left, you could just walk down the halls. I also did not know that there was still smoking allowed in the facility. I am allergic to smoke and all you could smell was smoke in every elevator, and as soon as you walked in. It was a very disappointing experience. The drywall smell was actually welcoming after choking on the smoke in the building. The only perk was the bartender that night was very attentive to our needs and so were the waitstaff in the casino area.
