Cleanliness Issue
Upon check-in the sheets were not cleaned (hair and stains). The toilet was not cleaned well. When I informed front desk he stated he would move me to another room since housekeeping left for the day. The room I was moved to had sheets that felt worn so I just requested a set of new sheets. The air conditioning unit had a bad odor whenever it turned on so I had to either deal with the odor or be hot. Shuttle service was quick and convenient and front was prompt when responding. Most likely won’t book the hotel again

This property is great and it's located near the historic district. They even have a little shuttle that runs from 2-10 that can drop you off downtown. They have a restaurant that you can go to as well as a bar. I had breakfast every morning and it was such a delight. Everyone there is super nice. The hotels also super close to Riverwalk and it's amazing on the weekends.

Staff was excellent and very helpful with all questions. The free shuttle from 2-10 pm was very nice and helped make distances walking more do-able. Only complaint is the continental breakfast should be included, it was not worth the additional charge based on what is offered.

Safety is always a concern when traveling, but I felt secure here, especially with night security on-site, even though the location is already removed from noise and crowds. My only recommendation would be to better utilize the kitchen space and offer all-day coffee service. As a coffee addict, I might be biased, but having coffee available throughout the day would enhance the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and comfortable environment.
