Hotel is in a great location. We felt safe. Easy access to sight seeing but not right in the middle of it all. Was nice. We have a lager family and needed more places to dispose of trash. A tiny trash can in the bathroom was not cutting it. Maybe a bag or something would have been helpful. Take your bath towel to the pool. The hand towels provided were not helpful. Also, hotel had some weird hot climate areas. You could feel the difference walking from each spot in the hotel.

Staff and room were nice. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. I ended up sleeping in the chair. I didn't know I had to pay for parking $35 a night and there are limited spots. The whole area is paid parking $1-2/hr and limited nighttime parking areas. Seems like a party town. Not alot to do downtown with my grandson and kids.

Nice hotel with good breakfast options. The only thing I did not like is being charged $35 per night for parking and that was for self parking. I know all hotels charge more in the historic district, but they offer valet service which Hampton Inn did not.

I believe I order a one bed room but it ended up being two bed room. Hope I wasn't charged extra money. Also the paking lot looked kind of small to me, but I didn't drive so maybe I was wrong. But on the good side, the room is really spacious, even including the bathroom. The room and the bed is clean. The hotel is within walking distance to multiple resturants and a whole bunch of bars.It's also within walking distance to several museums and the Savannah trolley. Overall, very good experience.

Parking is a nightmare in this facility. They give you the option to park in a walkable garage but at a rate of $35 daily?!! Does not make sense if you are paying $200 / night in the hotel. Breakfast needs to be organized and have more employees filling what is being consumed. Besides that, staff was the friendliest ever.

Hotel was average. Breakfast amenities were good. 35$ a day for parking and the lot was small so it filled up and had to park at neighboring hotel and walk. I was also told housekeeping would come every other day and they did not come once during 4 night stay. Room was clean for the most part but Sticky stuff dripping on wall. Refrigerator froze everything solid even on lowest setting

Tried to charge me the price of the room even though it was prepaid. There is a $35 parking fee and they charged me for 2 cars. I went to the front desk to ask about the $70 charge and they told me it was because they thought I had two cars but they only gave me one parking pass so that’s obviously not true.
