It doesn’t match a W property standard. Details of design of the rooms are not been so well chosen. Stay over cleaning was below average. Asked for help with light system nobody showed up. Towels were delivered after 3 hours.

Amazing Balcony views
We stayed with a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was absolutely amazing. The place was extremely clean and everyone working there was very kind. The only challenge was finding the check in location when arriving late at night. It isn't well marked and its located on the 4th floor.

Very outdated The room smelled like smoke. I’m allergic to smoke. We actually Went and stayed at the Conrad and just paid for the room at the W. I’ve stayed at many W hotels and always great. Not this one.
