Put the carpeting back in the rooms.
There is no carpeting in any of the rooms so if you are on the first floor all you hear all night is the upstairs people walking around all night.

The only reason I rated this higher than a 1 is because the room was actually clean and comfortable. The rest of our stay was ruined by an employee and her family who had taken up residence in the hotel lobby. The employee and her child were in the breakfast room both mornings we were there. The child was running around touching, coughing, and sneezing on hotel guests while the mother/employee yelled her name loudly but never seemed to actually corral the child. Both mornings this happened, as well as the employees family loading up on breakfast while paying guests couldn’t get to the food to make a plate for themselves, not that there was much to choose from anyway. Since coming home my whole family has gotten ill, and I don’t think that’s a coincidence. As mentioned on my other reviews as well, this employee was also dressed inappropriately, wearing socks and sandals, and their uniform unkept with their belly showing. We would not stay here again.

Inexpensive hotel but you get what you pay for! The guest rooms are not carpeted so if you're on the bottom floor you will hear EVERY move the guests in the room above you make, especially bratty kids running around yelling and getting up with the sun! The king mattress we slept on was like a bowl of mashed potatoes - no support. Despite the room being very large, there were only 2 single chairs to sit in - no sofa or loveseat, no coffee table. Very uncomfortable room with cold laminate flooring. The coffee in the room is trash - a flat filter pack filled with stale, low-grade coffee. Took one sip and spit it out! Dumped the rest of the pot down the drain. The free breakfest is pathetic - powdered eggs mixed with water to make fake scrambled eggs, only 2 choices of cold cereal, no oatmeal, no yogurt, no fresh fruit, a few bagels and slices of bread, OJ and apple juice, and more sub-par coffee. We stayed at this hotel only because it was 10 minutes from the wedding we were attending. We would definitely not deliberately choose to stay there for any other reason, like a vacation!

The place has seen better days. I wish I'd stayed at the comfort inn nearby. Everything looked run down. Hair dryer didn't work. Beds were lumpy. TV remote missing battery cover. It was more the little things. The staff was great. You can also hear through the walls into the other rooms; like phone conversations and the kid galloping next door or the couple down the hall having their personal time.

The staff was friendly and helpful. One small, dead cockroach found, and toilet seat was askew but useable. Overall very clean.Would like to have seen fresh fruits and yogurts at breakfast but, otherwise, varied and acceptable.

Staff were all accommading and helpful. From check in to check out, everyone we interacted with especially Sarah, Rachel and Rina. We did have a plumbing issue with our room and we were accomadated by a room change as the plumber was not available. The breakfast was above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back

The Room was clean and it appeared as though it was recently renovated. They placed us in a handicap which included a teak bench in the shower that was a nuisance. We really didnt need it. The sink was very low. The guests above us were very noisy. We heard stomping and banging all night long. Next visit to DE will be at a different location.

Decent room with a comfy bed but, the comfo/sheet was too thin. The shower head was terrible, even for a hotel. I was on the second floor, just above the entrance so i heard the front doors open every time someone came in or out. This was the second room i was put in since the ac was not working in the first room. If i could have, i would have went to another hotel.

ROACHES!! Keep looking elsewhere!!
Room 221 is re-done room with comfortable beds, nice artwork, a 5 cup coffee pot, microwave, sm fridge, new AC/heater. Looks very nice. The thing is, you CAN'T STAY THERE comfortably because it's loaded with ROACHES!! Don't ask me why I saw none the first night and I was out all day. By the evening of day 2, they were crawling on the walls and floor! I killed them. The nightstand had baby ones! I packed quick and checked out 9:45p, 10/11... 2 NIGHTS EARLIER. (I checked into a different hotel at 10:15p) As it stands now, I asked for 2 nights refund of my 4 nights stay. So far, Days Inn Wyndham, Seaford, DE is saying NO REFUND! Really? Okay. I'll just make it my business to keep telling the world about my experience.
