Our experience was spoiled by the noise waking us up at 5:00 in the morning. We were probably in the worst room in the hotel. Our room was at the end of a hall right across from the laundry services. Also right outside our room was the hot tube. We heard them cleaning the hot tub area and the laundry area was extremely noisy. We were not happy. The one positive was the enjoyable breakfast.

Stay was good, tried an early check-in 2x but wasnt able to. I even tried paying to be able to. I feel that should be offered even if theres a charge. 4p is a late check-in, standard yes but still.

Don't Stay here unless you like uncleaned rooms
Checked in room didn't seem cleaned found hair in sheets on bed, food left in fridge from previous guests stay, charging plug on lamp for cell phone didn't work, bathroom light flickering like crazy have me a headache, carpet didn't seem vacuumed scared to let my infant son walk around. There was no body wash to shower with container was empty so maid never checked. It was a late check in as was on a family vacation with my tired 2 infant children when went early in the morning to complain to Manager and advise of the issues all I was offered was couple drinks from the snack room because was told booked through Hotels.com there was nothing they could do. Would Not recommend staying unless you like dirty rooms and broken amenities.
