overall hotel is okay, front desk service was great. When I walked into my room after check-in the housekeeper was lounging on the couch on her phone, she promptly apologized and left the room. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable layout however had a strong smell of pet urine each time you would enter the room, very little options for the breakfast that is served on disposable plates. I had stayed here for one night and it was okay but I would not recommend for longer periods.

The room was comfortable and relatively quiet for being in downtown Seattle. The hotel itself is nice but not overly fancy. Fair prices and friendly staff. Recommend.

There was nothing really special about this property, the staff encountered was not pleasant but the room was clean. There was some small issues with the room, such as there being no soap and the light being out, told them upon check out. I forgot my power bank as it was plugged in and after I left i called to get it and was told I needed to fill out a form online and "if" found i would be notified. I know i left it and have yet to hear back from the website, the GM just said i need to fill out the form on the website, even though i already did that. So not much help at this point, which is unfortunate seeing that people pay to stay and get crap service.

Choose this property wanted an area downtown and close to locations we planned to visit. Also was the room size and amenities. Did not find out until check in that there is no pool, hot tub or sauna which was advertised. We were told the website had not been updated but the pool had not been there for years I would not have choose this location if I knew this before booking
