A Great Hotel in a Great Location
The rooms were clean, light and airy and the reception staff were fabulous! They were polite, friendly, bright and cheerful and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. The chocolates on the reception desk were very welcome after a long drive too!

Air conditioning was a pain to figure out, would be a great idea to leave a laminated step by step guide Also the room didnt have a microwave to reheat my leftovers Reception was very hard to find, a seperate parking spot so that you dont have to park in the way of the driveway to carpark would be a great addition

We love staying here and taking the grandkids for a swim in the pool. Very hand to coffee & food outlets, grocery shops walking to restaurants.

Nice room but very limited shelving & quite small. Nice to have included snacks & drinks. Surprised that with double glazed windows I could still hear cars outside at times, but not a busy area thank goodness. Staff at check in very helpful & pleasant. Great to be able to charge my EV with multiple 15 amp outlets in the garage. Parking included in price. A bit overpriced but I guess that's because of the location.

Great spacious well appointed rooms in a mostly quiet building - those overlooking entrance drive are noisy, but staff were very accommodating to reallocate another room away from this part of the building. Great dining and shopping options nearby in a very comfortable suburb..

Really great hotel - wish we could have stayed longer! All the staff were lovely, very welcoming and very helpful. There were treats in Reception and in the rooms! Shopping and public transport both really close by. Superb.

Lovely motel for a mum and younger daughter trip, room was well equipped the free snacks and drinks were a hit I appreciated there was enough coffee and bottled water and there is a selection of movies available too. We missed out going for a swim but checked out the pool and heard it was nice from other guests it. Rooms were quiet you couldn’t hear people in the hallway. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Excellent Canberra base
We really liked our stay. Our room was quiet, spacious and extremely clean, with a balcony and lovely view across treetops to Mount Ainslie. The bed was comfortably firm, the shower strong and there were sweet and savoury treats left for us to enjoy. Extra pods for the espresso machine were available at reception, along with apples and chocolate to start our day happily. The location was excellent, right next to Kingston's cafes and restaurants and a short stroll to Manuka in one direction and the Kingston foreshore in the other. Free parking was the bonus, and the staff throughout couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. Highly recommend as a base for a Canberra stay.
