Less than impressed

Check-in delayed by cleaning crew. Check-in is 3pm and we received a text that it could be delayed until 7pm. After spending triple the normal rate due to the holidays and family coming in from a lengthy trip, we were not impressed. The pool light was loose and floating in the pool. The master door handle had come apart and fallen on the floor on the first night. The guest bath has a toilet that doesn't flush without holding down the handle and the cabin floors have a very noticeable slant. We have stayed in several other cabins in the area and this did not compare to the quality of others.

Family weekend

The house is nice, pool jacuzzi are in good shape, the beds are not. They are Lumpy and old and the house was not clean when we walked in. The carpets looks like they have been cleaned ina while or dusted. Major leak from the shower on the second floor to the kitchen on the first floor. We did call the maintenance company which they came to cleanse out the drainage but the problem cam back the next day. Wouldn’t stay there again.
