-We are readily available via the VRBO app Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm and will respond quickly during business hours!
-PARKING IS LIMITED. Due to the small narrow road our cabin is on parking is TIGHT as we share parking with the cabin next door.
-CABIN IS NOT REMOTE. We are located in a resort community near Dollywood. We are not in a secluded remote location.
-DRIVING TO THE CABIN. Please note: There may be some twisty roads.

-The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. There is no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof you will hear it. If it’s raining you will hear it. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the community or in the street do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!
-Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.
-All guests must be 21+ with the exception of children with their parents. (Please contact us prior to booking if you do not meet this age restriction. We do evaluate on a case by case basis)
-Absolutely NO PETS or animals of any kind! If you sneak in a pet you will be charged an additional $175 cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave.
-4 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number.
-No smoking of any kind. $100 fine
-Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
-The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. The hot tub is ready to go and should be set no lower than 95 or more than 104 degrees at all times. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
-No late check-out or early check-in. Sometimes early/late check-in and check-out can be accommodated for a fee of $25/hr.
-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
-We have stocked the cabin with some start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay. Condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are NOT provided.
-Quiet time is 10:00pm - 8:00am. If you are a night owl this property is NOT for you.
-By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement.
-Fireplace is in service October 1 - April 1 per County Regulations.

Stayed here for a quick last minute getaway! Everything was perfect! We had no issues with the drive up to the cabin, and the view was great! We had no concerns with the cabin, and communication with the host was always pleasant and speedy! Will definitely book “bears high view” again!

Perfect fall getaway

Perfect view; I had a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening every day on the deck. (be sure to take sunset glow hour sunset photos.) The location is VERY close to Dollywood and the island. We cooked most of our meals and had had all the pans and utensils we needed. No issue with the drive in but could see if it were snowy or icy it might feel a little dicey. Prompt responses from the hosts. Easy check in and check out It was a great stay!

The location and views are 5 star. The porch was lovely, and we enjoyed watching the fireworks from Dollywood each evening from our rocking chairs. We also saw a mama bear and 3 cubs walking down the road from the porch. A few extras such as board games or basic spices/oils would make this a 5+. Hair dryer was missing but host had new one delivered quickly which was much appreciated. Would recommend and stay again!

Excellent Rental Property

Your cabin was the perfect size for our anniversary getaway. We were super impressed with how clean everything was. The view is absolutely breathtaking!! The photo's just don't express the feeling you get when you see them. Personally, I could have stayed on the balcony and in the hot tub our entire stay. But there's just so much to see. Locating the cabin as pretty easy but parking is tight. Excellent Rental Property

Breathtaking and remarkable

We will definitely return and stay for a longer duration. Words and pictures simply do not do justice to this place. The price is incredibly reasonable, and the host is even more exceptional. It is almost difficult to articulate how impressive the place was and the incredible inclusions it offered. It is hard to believe that we paid such a reasonable price per night considering the abundance of amenities and facilities we received.

Spectacular View

I stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was everything that I wanted plus more…the place was very clean, spacey but not too big, right above Dollywood so we had easy access to the main roads, the hot tub is beautifully lit and the view of the mountains was spectacular. The property manager/owner Tiffany answered any questions or concerns I had immediately. If you’re looking for a quiet, nice romantic place to stay this is the place. Had a wonderful weekday trip at this property! The pictures do not do justice to the view straight from the Living Room windows. Absolutely 12/10 stay. Will definitely re-book in the future if we are in the area! Pleasantly surprised to find stocked kitchen, extra toiletries and a nice thoughtful basket of snacks/treats. Amazing view!!! The floors were clean and didn’t leave our feet or socks dirty at all. Which is usually the case - so we were thankful for that! But a little more time on cleaning would be great! Cobwebs here and there, an extra clean in the jacuzzi would have been great, and cleaning the top of the pool table. There was an extra clothes hanger set up in the bedroom which was so great since there wasn’t a closet. Loved that addition! We played pool a ton, surprisingly! Parking a smaller suv was a little challenging because vehicles needed to be able to pass by us as well. Doable for sure though! The view was incredible! Thankful we brought our own pillows but Walmart wasn’t far for any other necessities. Awesome snack welcome bowl as well as some of the extra bathroom/kitchen supplies that were supplied to us.

Great Smokies Getaway

Great view and location!

We had a great time. The view was awesome, we watched the Dollywood fireworks from the balcony each night. The parking was very tight, but we knew that before hand. The location is great, close to pretty much whatever you could want to do in Pigeon Forge.
