"Charming cottage tucked away in a quiet mountain valley. Great place to relax, and a great location to access the Smoky Mountains National Park. We felt right at home, the beds are super comfy, the house was nice and clean and had everything we needed. One of my new favorite places to stay.

The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin :)

**No Pets. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $300 if you bring a pet and asked to leave*

*We provide a starter kit of coffee filters, Keurig pods, trash bags, toilet tissue, & dishwasher tabs, foaming hand soap for each sink and dish soap. You may need to buy more*

*As the winter months can be unpredictable for the weather, there is a possibility of serious storms or power outages. We do not offer weather related refunds outside of our cancellation policy so you may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance for your travels in case you do need to cancel last minute*

*Guests to provide their own firewood for firepit and wood burning stove*

*We are in the woods, you will likely see and hear critters*

*There is typically little to no cell service with the major carriers*

*Heating & Air Conditioning - Due to the charm of the property and its exposed log ceilings and walls, it DOES NOT have central heat or air. It has a remote controlled twin mini-split system which supplies both Air Conditioning and Heat. Heat can also be supplied via the wood burning stove if desired and the downstairs baseboard heaters, plus we supply a portable heater*

*We own the neighboring property that shares the same entrance and driveway only. It may or may not be occupied during your stay*
