Property should have been checked my maintenance before renting. Insulation was blowing out of heat vents into jacuzzi tum making it unusable. Bed was broken or not put together correctly and could only sleep on one side. Great location. A bit hard to get to but needs to be better maintained.

The floors were a little dirty but other than that this place was beautiful! I would stay there again for sure!
Staff was very helpful and informative. Loved the quietness in the secludedness in the woods. Just a 25 min drive to everything you need. Was our first trip to the mountains and will definitely come back to stay here again. Thank you for everything

Nice couples getaway
Very cute, comfortable cabin. Up in the mountains.
Water smelled horrible. Spicer webs everywhere. Cabinet knobs missing. Mice in the cabin. Squirrels living in chimney chase. Mold on shower curtain. For what seemed like a premium price, this place is isolated with zero view(not fully detailed in ad), gravel and would require 4WD if wet(fully disclosed in ad). It was very quiet, good distance from other cabins, peaceful and in a quaint setting. Well off the beaten path. I expected a nicer more up to date property for the price. Not angry but wouldn't book it to stay again.

Mountain Berry Cabin
Our stay at Gatlinburg Adventure Cabin- Mountain Berry Cabin was good. The cabin was small and very clean. The hot tub and porch area were beautiful, the heart shape tub inside was a waste of space and didn't match the overall feel of the cabin. The shower was tiny, but had excellent water pressure and adequate hot water. During our stay, we encountered a HUGE spider in the cabin and a scorpion both within minutes of each other. A little scary but somewhat expected being in the middle of the woods.
The ABSOLUTE WORST part of the whole cabin was THE BED!!!! IT WAS AWFUL!!!! AWFUL! AWFUL! It was like sleeping on the floor. The mattress was hard as a rock and didn't have any kind of cushion. A mattress pad topper would have helped it tremendously! We took the comforter and placed it underneath the sheets to try to give it some padding and that didn't help. When we did that the mattress and mattress cover were VERY STAINED as if they have never been replaced. The pillows were flat as a board and even when doubling them up inside each other it was still bad. Had the bed provided mediocre comfort, I would have given this stay a 5 out of 5 but the lack of comfort and a good night's sleep made me never want to book Mountain Berry Cabin again. We looked forward to going home just to be able to sleep. It's hard to enjoy your trip if you can't rest well at night.
I would recommend getting to this cabin during the daylight hours for sure.

Very Secluded.
Very secluded, nice cabin all of home amenities available except washer/ dryer was not in the cabin we stayed. Everything else was. Great private spa tub outside and a jacuzzi tub inside and a shower. Linens and bed was fantastic. View beautiful.
Only , be sure to take their information about very narrow cruvy winding roads, go slow pay attention good. Several added pull over spaces along route to your cabin, added .

Private cabin deep in the woods. It was comfortable and clean, but the AC did not work. They may have fixed it but just staying 3 days and it not unbearably hot, we didn’t call. They also had fans there.

If you have a family this is the place for you master suite upstairs custom wood bedframe with a California king heart shape bath tub with jets!
a hot tub outside that is huge that can sit up to eight people! also the pull out couch and another bedroom downstairs easily sleeps six! they allow pets very clean, kitchen was stocked just bring your own food, it is in a high bear area they ask you to leave your trash there but pick it up and just Bag and clean up! the Bears there are actually pretty smart because my 3 year old all threw a piece of pizza off the porch and I didn’t know about it it was gone the next morning so the Bears must’ve waited until we were asleep LOL it has a wraparound porch and the hot tub outside is suspended almost like a treehouse it is beautiful it is around 3 miles up into the mountains so if you’re not into a long driveway with curves this is not for you if you’re adventurous like my family we loved
being away from all the hype this cabin it is so serene!
we slept so good the cabin was beautiful the owners were excellent.
it was well worth the price I paid I would highly highly recommend this cabin perfect for a family it is very private you will not see or hear anybody in the other cabins you will drive around 15 minutes to get to Gatlinburg or pigeon Forge! Perfect. Also a river a beautiful mountain river nearby
Secluded, far from the crowds of Gatlinburg. But a short drive to it. Beautiful mountain countryside. Very pleasantly surprised with how clean the cabin was since it is so Secluded. Me and my husband had a great time. So Beautiful and quiet! Definitely recommend and would go back!

Weekend getaway
The cabin is located in a difficult area to navigate into. The parking was difficult due to the weather. Overall the cabin was clean but we did see a mouse and the water faucet for the jacuzzi has a significant leak. It is located in a remote and quiet area so that was a plus for a weekend getaway. Excellent communication from management and the cabin is pet friendly.
The location was great. The cabin wasn't very clean. There were several items that were broken (jacuzzi tub, knobs on cabinets). There were 2 light bulbs that were blown out (and no replacement bulbs to change them). The cookware was nasty and some of the dishes were actually dirty. There was a screw poking up from the deck that was dangerous if stepped on. The bedding didn't smell freshly laundered. The oven smelled and produced smoke throughout the cabin if used. The largest burner of the stove didn't work. The owners of this cabin definitely need to put some time and a little TLC into their property. I emailed them to report these issues (included photos) but never even got the courtesy of a returned email. I expected more from a cabin we paid over $250 a night for.
A major storm came through the area that the local cabin rentals where warned by the authorities. The cabib rentals were all notified to notify the rental ppl coming into the area. We were not notified. When we finally arrived at the cabin the electrity was already out. After being at the cabin for little while we hear a large crash sounded as if a tree was coming through the roof .

Hello. This was my clients response about the property:
"Hello,
The trip was awesome, for the most part. The only complaints we have are of the lack of wifi, and the outside hot tub. The hot tub was still full of water, and disgusting. My wife was very displeased with these two issues, more so the unsanitary hot tub outside. The hot tub inside was nice and clean, as was the rest of the cabin. All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves. Everything on your part was flawless. We greatly appreciate your assistance! ......"
My stay was horrible I literally checked in at 4pm and back out by 9 the next morning!!!! I basically wasted almost 600 bc they couldn’t give me a refund!!! The water was brown the cabin smelt like cigarettes, animals and cheap bleach!!! We even tried to air it out by leaving the doors open and that didn’t help!!!!!! Oh and I was scared to get in the hot tub because it didn’t look sanitized and there were spider webs everywhere!!!!!
The property was very hard to find. The blinds in the window were broke. I was not comfortable leaving our dog there during the day while we were gone. They were not enough of lighting outside. We left about 45 minutes after we got there and went and got a hotel. We asked for a refund and no one will respond and try to help us get some more money back.Very disappointed with this place
It was very nice. Just what the dr. Ordered. Everything was great. Very cozy Only one downfall. The room was very musty and the water had a funny smell to it. Not sure because of being in the woods on a humid day. Also a little tough to get to but hey youre in the mountains. Other than that it was a nice experience. Wish i could have stayed longer.
