We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Loved the view out our window. The location was just perfect for our stay. We came for a Minister's Conference in town. We only minutes away. Very convenient to shopping and eating.

This place was hands down amazing. I would stay here every trip to the area. Its not in the busy areas but thats exactly what we were looking for. AMAZING views from the balcony and bedroom. If you're looking to stay somewhere super nice and not in the crowded areas, THIS PLACE IS IT!

This is an amazing property. Great location, beautiful views and it was very clean. Great location with the pool directly across the street! The only thing that was a negative was the master bed. Please think about changing that mattress, please!! Definitely will recommend and would stay there again!

This home was by far one of the nicest VRBO homes we have ever stayed in. It was exactly like the pictures, extremely clean, beautiful inside and out, and an amazing community area. We loved our item here and were so sad for it to come to an end. If we are ever in the area again , this will be where I want to stay again!!

Such a great space, and an incredible view! Loved enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony. This house has everything you could need for your stay! I rated a 4 just for a couple areas of opportunity: 1. The towels are very thin and worn out. I’d highly recommend a towel upgrade. 2. Cleanliness. The house was clean-ish. The floors left a bit to be desired. They could use a deep cleaning and mopping. I don’t like to use shoes in a house, but I’d recommend keeping your shoes on if you don’t want to get dirty.

2nd stay with you. This is not a complaint but giving info. Master bedroom needs updated mattress. Head of the bed is down farther than the foot. No different this year. Something you wouldn't know unless you slept there. But you have a beautiful place. And balcony is unbeatable.

Lovely House, Gorgeous View, Quiet Neighborhood
We spent close to a week staying at this property. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Clean, open, with lots of natural light. The master bathroom was gorgeous. We loved having a garage to park our car. The pool was open and directly across the street. Zero problems with wi-fi. We were able to log in and watch TV and use our tables with no difficulty. Property manager responded quickly to our questions. All in all a very positive, enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Entry steps too high for people with little disability. Worst ever cheap toilet paper and no extra. No dish soap (no soap of any kind)at kitchen sink. No laundry dryer sheets. No current / local TV, no code. Low water pressure in both showers. Dirty door knobs and walls w/ nasty stuff (hair) stuck to light switches, all doors had hand prints as in you can see where people touch them most. Not one spice of any kind in the kitchen. No kleenex. Washing machine was nasty. This is NOT what I would call a "VACATION HOME"...

What an amazing place!
Annual holiday trip with my mom where we try to get somewhere in or near TN (we have family there). We absolutely love coming to the Seiverville/Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area and have stayed in many VRBO and Dollywood cabins but I think we’ve found our new favorite! From beautiful views, close proximity to everything without being too close and a beautiful, spacious, clean and well-maintained property, who could ask for anything more! Oh and there’s a garage!!! Had to cal help once to find something and they were fantastic and quick to respond! ❤️❤️❤️ this place!

Wow what a great property and what a great stay we really enjoyed everything. This property is far enough away from the strip to have some peace and quiet but close enough to get anywhere you need to go relatively quickly. The Christmas Tree was a nice touch and much appreciated. As a VRBO owner myself we truly appreciate the little touches. Thanks we had a wonderful time.

The location is perfect and away from the craziness of the strip. The view was breathtaking from the main bedroom and living room. The beds were comfortable and the layout was nice for us. Pigeon Forge is a little too crowded for what we prefer but the house was relaxing.
