Easy access with wide paved roads that travel through the National Park to the secluded cabin tucked away on the creek. Sit on the deck and listen as the water flows by where 2 creeks come together to form Machine Branch, which runs down the mountainside and joins Cove Creek. This 2 Bed 2 Bath 1450 sq ft with a pool table and private Hot Tub is decorated to the gills with a wildlife theme. You will not be disappointed with the quality and seclusion of this Luxurious Cabin!

Great little cabin

We loved our stay here! It was super cozy and we had a great experience, I would absolutely recommend a vehicle that is 4 wheel drive if you are coming in the winter months the driveway is a little intimidating and can be difficult to get turned around in. I would also recommend bringing all of your basics with you or planning to shop for them, we needed oven mits, laundry soap and salt and pepper. You will likely need to wash towels if your staying with multiple people over a few days but they check in/out process was super easy and convenient. We did run into all of the tvs and internet as well as a few other appliances all being unplugged upon arrival so check those before you put in a maintenance ticket. Overall we had a great stay and would book again.

A bit of false advertisement and a little unclean

Driveway is a bit scary, helps to have an additional person to help navigate so you don’t drive off the ledge into the creek. When we arrived there was jelly spills on the fireplace, so I’m not sure it was properly cleaned before us. Pool table is awful. We booked this place because of the wooden walkouts from the cabin. Well only the circular one is open. The other one is boarded up for no access. This cabin could use some updates for sure. There’s no where to put your stuff because there is stuff everywhere. Very over decorated. The coffee pot takes 35 minutes to brew a pot. They do not provide anything extra. Only thing provided were a few disks of hand soap and 2 dishwasher packets. No coffee. There was a welcome letter on the counter for the previous renters, thanking them for their stay. Looked old and wet, so again not sure it was properly cleaned. The final kicker was the jacuzzi tub in the master suite. We used it the final night and it basically drained into the downstairs bathroom. Floor was drenched. Everything on counter was ruined.

Beautiful location

Mother/daughter trip and we really enjoyed the property. Needs a good thorough cleaning to get rid of the spiders inside though. The walk ways and decks down by the creek are very old…safe but very old. We ended up not enjoying those like we thought. The driveway is not for motorcycles. A bit dangerous but was okay in our car. Would def stay there again.

Home in the trees

We felt like we were in a treehouse! We loved the calm and peace and quiet. Internet service was spotty but with it being our honeymoon we didnt mind a bit. Wear's Valley was so lovely and we are so glad we didnt pick a place near all the touristy places.

Nice and relaxing

We had a nice, relaxing get away trip for the weekend. The creek running through the property sounded amazing, we enjoyed sitting out in the swing listening to it. . Cabin could use some updating but everything worked and was functional, so can’t complain! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The pool table and hot tub were a nice plus. If you love being out in the woods secluded this is the perfect place. It was peaceful and being able to hear the sound of creek was very nice. I would more recommend this place for adults or couples looking for a get away. It was perfect for us!

Incredibly Quaint

As first time cabin renters, we were in paradise, a 65 year old widowed father and two 30 something single moms minus the kids for 5 days, found ourselves in a world that we had never experienced. The cabin was beautiful, well designed, exquisitely furnished and well kept. The location was perfect, secluded but not too remote, nestled in Cove Mountain with the gently audible Cove Creek almost directly below us. The abundance of separate porches gave each of us our own place to retreat to for privacy. We were away from the hustle & bustle of Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge but close enough for quick trips. Cades Cove was a pleasant drive away that took us through inspiring visual scenes that seemed as though taken from post cards. We were of course exposed to the adequate amount of antique & general stores between Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley & Townsend. The steep driveway was a challenge for 3 Louisiana flat landers but this was an exercise in faith & speaking of, the ambiance of the unit as a whole, was an incubator of many spiritual moments for the 3 of us. Updates needed

I was first disappointed there was no Wi-Fi. Then went to use the hot tub and realized there was only 4 towels for my family of 4 and are stay was for 3 days so I had to go buy laundry detergent. The lighting outside was so terrible I tripped going to the hot tub and twisted my ankle. Outside definitely needs some attention. The cabin itself was clean and beds were comfortable. Thats about all I can say was nice about the place.

Very nice place but some issues, some light bulbs were out, spider webs in corners Nowhere did they mention about stairs to get to main floor, driveway is very tight and hard to turn around The biggest issue on our stay was the refrigerator did not work very good and we lost our groceries that we got for thanksgiving dinner and had to go rebuy the stuff Called in and had maint come look and he told me they have had service man out a couple times and refrigerator still not cold enough Broken chair in living room

Overall we had a great time. The views are fantastic and the sound of the creek is relaxing. The beds are comfortable. The pool table needs a little TLC but it was useable and we enjoyed it. The hot tub jets weren’t working and the heat was capped or needed maintenance. We couldn’t get the mail level above 68 during the day or 52 at night. That being said we had a fantastic time and we’d stay here again.

Great cabin...love the outdoor area

This place is great! We love how secluded it is and how private it feels. Only wish the driveway was a bit more filled in...but the house was exactly as described and the outdoor area was so gorgeous. We've stayed in a lot of different cabins over the years and this was a top favorite.

Misleading….and a true dump

I don’t write reviews. Good or bad. But this place was such a joke, I would be doing an injustice to all future renters of this property. Cleanliness….not at all. Why you ask?? - used razor in the bathtub - dirty sock in the sheets - cobwebs EVERYWHERE! - old chips and beer caps under living room chairs - the little gray tv in the pics….dumped in the creek below, along with tires - spider webs and bird crap cover any and all outside furniture Other great features?? - broken dishwasher - advertised having WiFi…not true. Property owner canceled that. - floors are unlevel to the point the doors on the fridge, freezer, microwave will fly open if not pushed completely closed. You can feel the lean beneath your feet. - my wife used the jacuzzi tub and the floor joist were popping as we filled the tub. - no oven mitts - no spray to clean tables/counters - 2 Christmas trees left up (October) one has a bunch of animal fur wrapped up in it. No telling why. - walkway, steps and decking at creek level is a death trap - driveway is a nightmare - inside steps are attached with screws with EVERY one of them sticking out of the top, so wear your inside shoes I could go on and on…..I disregarded some reviews of this property because the pictures looked great. If you rent this place after reading this review you have no one to blame but yourself. I’ve rented several different cabins in this area, from a different property management company, you should do the same. RENTER BEWARE!

Beautiful, secluded cabin!

First off, the property was very well maintained and clean! The decorations and the views of the woods and creek were amazing! There even a waterfall in the creek if you walk down the catwalk. It was the perfect size for 4 people(2 couples) but we spent most of the time out on the various decks(2 upstairs, a big wrap around on the main level, and one downstairs with a hot tub). The listing agent was very friendly and called the morning we left to check in with us and see if we had any questions. We would most definitely book through them again when we come back! One last thing, if you have a large/long vehicle be prepared for a tight fit down the driveway, but it's worth it(it has a sharp curve to it leading up to the cabin)Amazing vacation! Thank you!

Can't wait to go back

This was my 5th visit to the majestic Smoky Mountains. The cabin met my expectations. I loved the attention to detail with the decor! The sound of the creek and the wooded view were so inviting and relaxing. I would wake up early just to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds. The hottub worked fine for us and was a great way to end out daily hikes. There are a few spiders along the deck, but it is to be expected considering the privacy and location of the cabin. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and look forward to visiting again!

Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect. We have a large truck and we're able to navigate the driveway. You just have to be careful. We did have a minor maintenance issue and they came right out and fixed it. I would live to stay there again.
