Gorgeous Views!
Private, quiet, clean, beautiful! My parents and grandparents appreciated having 2 bedrooms on the main floor so they didn’t have to climb the stairs. Each room had a private patio/balcony for when you need some quiet time alone. Owner was very courteous (even when a bear knocked over the grill!) and quick to respond. Would recommend!

Amazing view
Everything was excellent except the water pressure. It’s a shared well and at times there was no water or slight stream. The water is very soft and takes time to rinse soap off. We managed fine but thought of teenage girls or picky people. It was something that would be helpful to know ahead of time. Everything else was great.

Family reunion
The house was just as listed. Loved that everyone had king rooms with their own bathroom. We didn’t have the water issue as stated in several other reviews. Now getting there was slightly sketchy. We followed GPS and some how it took us to the dirt road. That was scary…we learned later we did not have to go that way. It was a good laugh and there was no injury to vehicle or person. The asphalted road to the cabin became a breeze after the first time. The only complaint we had really is the no ice maker and the TVs were very old. They could definitely use an upgrade considering the price of TVs this should really be done. The view is OUTSTANDING!! There was a storm our first night. We watched the lighting popping on the other side of the valley…from inside. That was cool!!

Gorgeous Cabin
The cabin was nice and the views were amazing. It's a steep climb up but that is expected for the views. We had four adults and five kids. The two separate floors were nice because we pretty much gave the downstairs to the kids. There was no big mess upstairs! I had a few questions during the stay and the management company was easy to get a hold of. The main/big issue we had was water pressure. It was very bad and non existent at times. We could barely take a shower and wash clothes at the same time. And I mean one shower, not all of them at the same time. At some point during the trip the kitchen sink lost all pressure and quit working sporadically. It was cold and during a shower the water cut off completely, twice, during the same shower. Standing there in the cold covered in soap was not fun. If you're offering a house with four bathrooms I feel you should be able to use more than one at a time. I corresponded with the management company via email after our trip and they said they have never had a complaint about the water. I encouraged them to check the reviews here on VRBO because it's mentioned several times. If the water pressure was fixed I would absolutely stay here again!

Birthday and anniversary relaxation
We went for my husband's 40th birthday and our anniversary. We originally were going with 2 other couples but one had to back out due to the hurricane. There were 4 of us in the cabin so plenty of room. One floor for each of us. The view phenomenal and that's what we went for. Clean towels and linens. Could use more paper towels and a few extra garbage bags. The hot tub was relaxing. Furniture comfortable. Water was a little slimy feeling due to water conditioner I'm sure because it's a shared well. There were enough kitchen items to get us through a few meals but I feel like the fridge was a little small especially if there were more people in the house. The cabin would benefit from a second fridge downstairs or at least a mini fridge for adult beverages. Overall we would definitely go back.

Beautiful Views!
The views from every room were amazing! the kids loved the pool table and hot tub while the adults loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and soaking in the views. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Gatlinburg.

Good Stay and great view
Everything was perfect except the cleanliness of the property. The floors were dirty and hadn't been swept in the whole kitchen area. The worst part was that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the foul odor was awful. The dishwasher had the powder in it but it was never started when the previous vacationers left. Also it looked very evident that no cleaners came prior to us coming. Thats why the floors were dirty and the dishwasher was full. I ended up running a heavy cycle on the dishwasher and the bowls and plates were so soiled that it didn't clean them all the way. I ended up hand washing every single item in the dishwasher. After I did that and ran another dish cycle the smell was a lot better. It was a great place to stay except for the dirtyness.

Perfect Tennessee Cabin
Loves the cabin! Great location, lots of privacy. The views were amazing. We didn’t have any issues with anything. The kids have a lot of fun with pool table and hot tub. We even saw a bear right out below the deck.

Overall, the cabin was beautiful stay. The views, balconies special site!
Cons: Terrible smell coming from up under the kitchen sink. Dish washer did not work. Nor did the hot tub properly. Wasn’t able to enjoy the out door hot tub. Pros: Huge windows, and 4 different balconies views were everything!! The cabin is so very spacious. Love how each bedroom has its own private bathrooms. Kitchen area is loaded with pots/pan plates etc…

Potential for excellence
The cabin is beautifully positioned in place for an amazing view. It is unfortunate that reasons only known to them, the owner has not been able to maintain the anesthetics of the property. The dining chairs would appreciate new upholstery, cleaning or replacement. Their occasional stains, black tape, and flattened cushion are evidence to their wear and tear. The provided towels were unfortunately thin and small. Although a great accent piece, I quickly realized why no one chose the room with the fire place. If you are sitting in the living room, you can see directly into the bedroom through the fireplace. Not only does it allow for a nice peekaboo for all who wish to see, it also allows for the acoustics in either room to be equally shared, despite the door being closed. Despite the upstairs occupants trying their best to walk softly, the downstairs sleepers could still hear them. The cabin has amazing potential. The standard of excellence elevated will take the experience to another level.

We are 4 couples in our 50's who travel together and such. We loved the house. The view was gorgeous! Communication with the property manager was great. One thing to know...the fireplace is a double fireplace. You can see through it into the bedroom. A fireplace shield would be a great add-on for privacy. Also, there is no internet. Not a real problem but good to know.

Truly awesome view in a cozy mountain nest
I’d heard Tennessee described as “God’s Country” before, but the view from this property drove that phrase home. The sunsets were majestic. Sipping a morning coffee while watching the fog float in the valley below were two ephemeral experiences that made my stay at the cabin feel lime it was worth the price. However, the physical amenities were also available in surplus. From the comfortable bedrooms (each with a private bath) and a large communal area for dining and socializing to the billiards table downstairs, everything worked together to make this experience one our whole group hopes to repeat. A few things to warn potential renters: there were some signs that mice had gotten indoors. The exterminators arrived at the cabin before us, but some evidence remained. Also, families who want or need televisions to be entertained will not be overwhelmed with the ones at this cabin, but our group never spent any time watching anything. I’d recommend this property to anyone who can appreciate the unique experience of staying in a cabin in the Smoky Mountains.
