The hotel didn’t look like the pictures. Doors outside I don’t like that. One heater worked and the other didn’t. No breakfast bar just juice and coffee.

The chair in the room was in terrible condition. The floors were stained and dirty. I reserved a room with two queen beds but my room had two full beds. When I requested from the staff to have a room with two queen beds they were defensive and insisted that the beds were queen. You can see from the photo and measurements that they were not queen beds. Poor quality hotel and even poorer service.

They need to remove "Breakfast Included", as they only provide small muffins, juice & coffee in the lobby..they send you a text to find out if or when you are checking out..unnecessary..will stay again although it is a distance in traffic to travel to Pigeon Forge. We have stayed several times but husband complains about drive to PF..
