The rooms seem to have a noticeable odor, possibly from the window AC. The staff was helpful to switch the rooms, but still had same odor. Nevertheless, we still had a good overnight sleep.

We had two rooms (two couples), one room was great, the other had no Working TV, no working lights and fridge was broken and exploded everything on a normal setting. Nicely and politely asked the front desk to at least help fix TV but nothing was done. Kind of disappointing for one couple. Otherwise, overall good, quiet place

The property didn't seem to have many or any working exhaust fans...therefore much of the property seemed damp & musty.

I am local to the area, and had a guest coming in. I waited until last minute to book ANYTHING because of the airline shut down. I booked around 5pm and by the time we realized our guest was not getting here due to a WORLD WIDE shutdown of all airlines it was 3 hours later. I even said that it was fine if I was only getting reimbursed for one night or changing for a different day, The place not only was rude, but would hang up at the mention of this situation experienced by other people, they straight up would hang up on numerous people in the same boat. Why? because we didn’t cancel by 7am on the day of check in, when it was booked after. Could have offered a partial credit at minimum for the next night. $400 dollars is a lot for someone who has a right budget, but also for business sake, would have brought the local owners a LOT of business. First time I used them, and now I know why they were one of VERY few that had room openings in the area. If you’re booking the Manitowoc location, watch out.

A great place to stay for kids, business or getawa
It was so clean, beautiful lobby area! Room was spotless with an updated furniture. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Staff was so accommodating with extra towel. Added on little bar area that made it nice to have a quick beer at the end of a long fishing day!

The staff were excellent, friendly, and professional. The issue I had with the property was not having an elevator. I have a disabilty which made it difficult to get up and down the stairs. A room wasn't available on the first floor.
