The room is tiny. There's no bar soap in the bathroom. The room smells and there's no way to open the window. The carpet is dirty. There's a beetle type bug on the floor. The ice machine is broken. No one answers the phone. There's no one at the desk after 7 pm.

Hotel and room seemed clean but nothing special. Room was small. Host never seemed to be at front desk but was friendly when I did speak with him. Had to call and ask for ice. There was supposed to be a breakfast buffet but it wasn't available.

The place was very inconvenient, they did not turn on their outside lights and it was very hard to see where we were going outside in the dark. The side door did not work half the time so we would have to go to the front door to walk in. It wasn’t far from the side so not the biggest issue. They were well priced but did not serve breakfast like they said they did. We get to our room and there was beetle type bugs on the bed frame, and on the table next to the fridge and microwave. We tried to shower and did not get any hot water, when we went up to ask about it they said it takes about 30 minutes to get hot water to our room, mind you, our room was down the hall from the front desk so not far from where the water heater should have been. When we tried to wait it out, it never got any hotter and we did not get to shower. We ended up leaving early from our stay because we were so unhappy with our experience. When checking out the front desk person argued with me on when i could check out and then answered a personal phone call while speaking to me which i found a bit rude because he stopped talking to me mid sentence to answer the phone. There could have been a language barrier there but still feel like he was not being very helpful at that point. I personally would pay the extra money to stay at another hotel then stay here again.

Don't let the price fool you. Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean, room was clean, bed was comfortable. There is NOT any breakfast served. Restaurants and gas stations within 1-10 minutes away. Area was quiet, seemed safe. Lots of parking.Would stay again.

Light bulbs need to be changed. Half of the bulbs in the outside awning didn’t work. Our fridge wasn’t working and 1/3 of the bulbs in our room didn’t work.

Property was clean and well kept, however we had four people and the facility only had three bath towels and two wash rags with no bar soap for the sink in the bathroom. Also, free breakfast 6AM-11AM was included in my price, yet at 7:30AM breakfast was not set up and front desk said no breakfast today. Quite disappointed about that as my family was counting on breakfast at facility. Even a yogurt and banana would have been fine but there was nothing.

Very, very quiet. We were saying this might be our quietest one we've been in in 12 motel stops. They did say- no continental breakfast. There was no bar soap in the room. Heater hard to regulate.
