Loved this hotel! Room was bigger than expected (Deluxe Hollywood Room) and was very clean. Check-in/out was easy with friendly and professional staff available to assist. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Main attractions were within walking distance (10-20 mins walk). Public transportation nearby (10 mins walk). Wish we stayed longer than one night for greater use of the facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was large for Japan, and there was enough storage. I could walk to the main tourist attractions and the train station. The bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows.

The two Onsens especially the outdoors one was lovely as were the treats supplied for guests to sample. Free Shuttle bus to the station also a highlight Souvenir shop reasonably priced and staff most attentive
