My reservation and my conversation with the front desk was that I was getting a Deluxe room with a City View/Water. I got a back parking lot view instead.

Hidden charges
So the stay was good the only question I had is when they ask for your card for a deposit and will be refunded after stay be aware that they charge over 16.00 a day for resort fee. That was not told to us , it was told to us that it would be fully refunded.
