Fantastic hotel

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. Mohammed in the main bar and Mohammed in the main/fountain bar and Mustapher in the pool bar were all brilliant. They always made sure we had a drink and they couldn’t have done more for us. They were all very friendly and happy.Rachida kept our room extremely clean and lovely and was really walk and welcoming. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained, the food and drinks offer is good. Very close to central Marrakesh. I would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and the customer service and hospitality from the staff were excellent. All the staff is very friendly and hardworking and humble. We arrived at around 10.30am and were greeted by the manager Yunus who was very friendly and welcomed us nicely. He was very knowledgeable providing tips and tricks and a map/itinerary for us. He is happy to share his whatsapp number in order to assist you when you're out and about. He was also helpful in ordering a taxi. Although breakfast time finishes at 10am, we were offered to take us straight to breakfast on the terrace which was a delight! I was expecting to wait till noon to get into our rooms as the check-in time online states that check-in starts at midday but we were shown straight to our home- which had us jaw-dropping at first sight. We had a junior suite which was luxurious! The beds were firm and I think I had the best sleep ever there! I wish the rooms had a mini fridge for us to keep cold water and ice cream. The staff at the rooftop terrace dinner (Abdul Raheem & Muhammad) served us well. Abdul Raheem even helped us order food on his phone to the hotel late at night. The breakfast was mainly bread/croissants which felt a bit repeated. The dinner was very authentic; although a small menu I highly recommend the pastilla! The riad in general is beautiful and peaceful inside and I would recommend it to anyone and go back again myself! The interior and decor overall are very picturesque.

The room is fairly big with a nice view on the pool, food was great fresh and tasty including the breakfast buffet. The bar I would say mediocre in terms of variety and taste of cocktails, shisha was good. The reception and check in was easy but it took its time, check out very easy. The spa was amazing and good prices, Few little things, room service was slow for cleaning, fresh bottles of water you have to ask.

Without any questions this beautiful riad boutique hotel is 10 out of 10. We felt so welcome from the day we arrived, the staff is over friendly, helpful and solved all our issues straight ahead. Especially Siham, who even upgraded our room without any extra charge, our little daughter Luna said that she is like an angel. The design of the rooms and inside patio was so stylish with traditional oriental touch, the pool was very cozy and our daughter was swimming in the pool every day, we enjoyed our view from the balcony to the patio and pool every day. The breakfast was very nice in traditional Marrakech style, the service was perfect. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel a lot and recommend it to everybody!
