The parking is $16 in a residential area. The rooms would be nice in 1970. It’s cheap so I guess I got what I paid for.

The sheet was stained and the room wasn’t well vacuumed. In addition, in a sparsely used parking lot, they charged $16 to park.

The smell in the bathroom was horrible. The blanket and sheets on bed number two closest to the window smelt like vomit and it took an hour to get new blankets. I stayed here before but I can honestly say I will not stay here again.

Grossly outdated. The bathroom fan ran non-stop! Loud and difficult to sleep. Apparently, all bathrooms were wirer this way in the ceiling, not at the wall switch, when you turn it on. The restaurant is only open for breakfast in the morning and very expensive. Parking fee, another way to get more money, parking lot was empty. The toilet valve to shut it on and off was broken off and corroded.

Always enjoy our stay here at grand vista, service was great and considerate and just a simple place, pool and jacuzzi were fun as always and no issues. Wish they didn’t start charging for parking or at least would not keep raising the price of parking.. my only complaint

Staff was very kind and helpful. Great customer service. The room, especially the beds need to be updated, they are not very comfortable. There is a gap under the Room door so you can hear everything going on in the hall way all night long.
