We stayed here for one night in August 2024. The room was clean, check in was quick, there were lots of restaurants nearby, and the kids loved the indoor pool.

Check in took forever. My husband had unloaded the entire vehicle in the time it took to finally get checked in. I was told they couldn’t find my reservation and that I probably made it for the other AmericInn location. We have stayed at this location multiple times, so I was fairly certain I hadn’t, but I double checked my confirmation anyway. Sure enough, just as I was saying that it was definitely made at this location, he found the reservation. We were on the third floor, and the door to the ice machine was shut and locked, but there was no sign on the door saying out of order, so we had to go to the first floor for ice. The rest of our stay was fine, and we will definitely stay here again. The room was clean, the building is well kept, and breakfast always had plenty of options and is kept up. I was just very taken back at the front desk staff’s attitude when we were checking in.

The check in process was a disaster. I think both people working were new. I was promised a pack n play and after much discussion they finally “found” me one. Our room needs maintenance, tv remote didn’t connect to tv box, missing the coffee service and bathroom sink drain had a leak onto the towel shelf below. I would think that this newer hotel would be better maintained. I complained about the remote and nothing was done.

Hotel was clean. My only complaint is the pillows the hotels give are next to nothing. Lady at checkout was super nice. Overall good stay. Area is quiet. Hotel had pool with family using it but no loud noise. It was a pleasant experience.

After 18 days of traveling on our motorcycles this was the BEST place we stayed! We stayed a 2nd night due to hard rain & to get more rest before finishing our trip home.There is a small bar where you can buy single serve wine, cans of beer & there are a few beers on tap. Frozen pizza is also available on site & it wasn't bad. They also provide a menu for Boss's Pizza & Chicken that delivers to your room so you don't have to leave. We ordered from them both nights. The warm pool & hot tub was a welcome relief for tired muscles. Definitely recommend this for all these reasons plus the price was very reasonable for all the amenities. Very clean. Well worth the short drive off I-90

Great newer hotel
Great new hotel in a nice and easy to get to area. The key making machine was broken on check in, but the staff did a great job working through it. Check ins go faster if you pre-make the keys!
