This is one of the best places to stay in Sioux Falls, if you're traveling alone. Its right next to a strip mall, a good coffee shop, and a movie theater. The evening staff were way more polite and welcoming than the morning staff. It says breakfast is served from 6am to 11am, but the two nights we stayed it was served from 6am-8am. Theres no laundry room for guests, and the rooms were void of full length mirrors. Also, the room's bathroom doors are rolling barn doors? They were set a good inch away from the wall and door frame. So there really isn't any privacy if your sharing with family or a coworker. I like this place for its location, but I wouldn't recommend it to families with smaller children or unruly pets. Glō is built right beside two very busy roads, and a roundabout with no proper fencing.

Younran out of waffle batter, scrambled eggs and sausage on tuesday morning. While i was told you were making more eggs and sausage, they did not provide any further batter. So, i had to settle for a toasted bagel. I would expect with 2-3 college golf teams, you would plan for the extra appetites.

New facility. Quiet. Comfortable. Some access to public transportation. It was evident, however, that they were getting a bit casual with routine maintenance. Paint needed touching up in a few locations. Just outside of main entrance needed to be swept. A nice facility, but it is going to look "tired" very soon if they don't get on top of things.

There was a big mess in the hallway right outside our door, as if someone had dumped their waste basket. Very disappointing. Also, the staff at the front desk was not friendly or personable. The young man who checked us in gave us "the spiel" but hardly smiled or made us feel welcome. Later I went down to ask a question and there was no one there. I tried again the next morning but the young lady was busy chit-chatting with the breakfast lady, showing pictures on her phone, etc. When we checked out, they hardly looked at us, just said "ok, you're all checked out".. Very unprofessional for people in the hospitality industry!

This place was great. In fact going to be in Sioux Falls again in December and booked a room already. The only draw back is since COVID most motels don’t come to clean in your room. I think if you’re going to be there more than a couple days they should come and at least give fresh wash clothes. I’m okay reusing my towels, but think they should give extra wash clothes and hand towels or at least drop some off in your room daily.

The property was new and really clean. The room was very nice but the only issue was the door to the bathroom had large gaps on either side and did not close properly. The breakfast was very basic.

Overall a very nice facility. The hallway carpet with the dark blue showed every bit of dirt, paper, etc.. the rubber gasket on bottom of the shower door was coming undone which didn't keep water from the floor. The entry door was so tight I had difficulty getting it open enough to get the luggage carriage in.

I love that there is no carpet in the rooms. That helps keep bed bugs to a minimum. Our room only had one small bath towel per person and we had to ask for more towels. The staff was great at getting us more towels. My boyfriend and myself did not like the super soft and squishy pillows. We both like a bit firmer pillows especially when you want to situp in bed and watch tv or read. The hallway had a weird smell the whole time. Maybe its the cleaner that is used? Its not super strong and we didn't smell it in our room, but it is definitely noticeable in the hallway. I wish the snack shop was fully stocked and the items matched the price list, but i am thankful there was snacks available to purchase as i was having a small issue with my sugar and needed something to eat late at night. Overall, it was good stay and we will stay again.
