We liked everything about the room, service & staff. The 1 complaint was the very loud music played all day. We were on floor 2. If we were to stay again, we would book much higher so it wouldn’t be so close. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay very much expose them to the music really spoiled us.

They had us in a handicapped room because they said thats what expeida booked. And there were no kings or ocean fronts avaliable by the time we cked in. It wasnt the hotels fault and they were very accomdating in getting us at least 2 queens in a regular room.

Staff was friendly and attentive. All in all it was a pleasant stay but wish it was cleaner. The furniture in the lobby appeared dirty with stains on the cushions. The elevators and staircases were dirty and had a foul odor. There were cigarette butts on the stairs. Balcony chairs and table were dirty and needed to be scrubbed (by us) before we could sit outside.
