Location is great but the hotel definitely needs some updates. There was a big stain on the carpet. Room also could have been cleaned more. Free breakfast was a nice perk.

The property is pretty dated, which makes it feel a bit run down, but it served us well for a weekend spent watching the Hawks win and spending time with friends and family in the area! The staff was friendly, and it was nice that breakfast was provided.

There is no hot tub as shown in photos. Fire alarms going off at 630 am. Move a chair in the room, looked like it had never been swept under. Well over half the outlets in the room did not work.

It smelled like marijuana when I checked in. The floors still had trash from the people before me. I felt gross enough I left and found another motel. The price was ridiculous for what you get it was over $200 for a game night. I would give over $100 for this motel.

There was no soap just lotion and shampoo. The shampoo and conditioner was attached to the wall and had hair on it.dirt in every corner of the bathroom. The tub was not clean enough to take a shower. For the price I will never stay at this hotel again. Thank goodness the sheet were clean bed comfortable. There are bolts in the nightstand. And all lamps were unplugged .

Hotel is in dire straits
The hotel is a dump. It is in dire need of a renovation. The bathroom was filthy and in very poor condition. It was a home football game weekend for Iowa which is why price was $350/night, which is ridiculous.

Maybe one more time
Knocking at adjacent room at 3:30 am with verbal announcement. Then again around 4am. No security lock on door. The only good thing was the breakfast along with easy parking.

there was a maintenance guy in our room when we first walked in the room and only one towel was offered. on day two needed more towel and was told they didn't have any at all. I will never stay there again or recommend anyone else to stay there

I stayed here while my husband was in the hospital. It had been a very bad day when I checked in at 10:00 pm. Randy, the desk clerk was so kind and friendly. It was such a positive experience. Then, at breakfast, Randy again was helpful and just as friendly as he was the night before. The world needs more Randys.
