The place is not nice, poor condition, dinghy bathroom, noisy people outside, there is tile outside in front of the doors to the rooms, it was raining and the tile was very slippery, some one will slip and fall, as the saying goes you get what you pay for !

You are really getting what you paid for this property. Very old and not as clean as one would like. Tried to make coffee with the in room maker and it looked like something was going to grow out of the cup. Check out is at 12pm. Twice we were woken up by house keeping, once at 815am and then again at 930am. The do not disturb sign was on the door. If you just need a place to crash for the night, this place will work.

The location is good. The room lacks a microwave, a safe, or a fridge. It does have a dryer and a coffee maker with supplies. I arrived at 10AM. Staff had rooms ready, because they offered one for $40 surcharge, but denied me a room until 3PM without that payment. Inflexible; no accommodation. Upon check-in, staff mis-directed me to the room, so lots of extra steps hauling luggage. Walls are very thin - heard a guest snoring next door. Can hear what guest next door is saying in normal voice.

This is not a nice place. Dated. Run down. Very very “ sketchy” people walking around the back of hotel. Maybe poorer people paying monthly? I am thankful I was not staying here alone . Overall, would not recommend. Needs an overall cleanup/uodate. My room was clean/fine.

I cannot get anyone to respond to a request I made over a week ago to CANCEL this reservation because I didn't need it. I was well within the cancellation period. No response. Stayed for work. Four patrol cars arrived at the location as we were checking in. Manager tried to tell us it was for an eviction (they had drug sniffing K9s). During the night the police were called to the hotel twice due to altercations between the 'long term residents'. Definitely not a family friendly hotel. And don't believe the pictures, the pool has been closed up for at least a couple of years.

Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Smoke dector had a sign that stated "bad". Lamp did not work as button was broken to turn on. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Freezer was frosted over to the point you couldn't open the door. Other tenants were long term and would constantly be outaide smoking near the stairwells.
