As soon as I walked in the lobby, there was a very distinct smell of mold/mildew. If I didn’t book it through Expedia, I would have cancelled the reservation right then. The room was clean but the hallways didn’t appear to have been cleaned for some time. I prepaid for breakfast only to find that a staff member called off so they had no breakfast. Breakfast is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. I stay at Holiday Inn a lot but this isn’t one I would recommend

Your advertisement is misleading. It said “Breakfast included”, but it wasn’t. You had to press the square, then it was another $10.00. We were told at “check-in” we could split the bill. At check-out, we were told we couldn’t.
