They charge you to clean THEIR towels and THEIR rooms. We paid to stay there not be a cleaning service. We would have just got an Airbnb. I rented this for my Bachelorette trip and y'all are trying to run a scam. Will be contacting corporate.

The A/C was not working. Also no Wi-Fi code provided so TV was not able to be used. Bathtub was so small. They charge a $100 breakage fee thats because almost everything looks like they are in their last. Definetly wont be going again.

They say there’s free breakfast? There is no breakfast at all. They say there is a pool bar? Nonexistent. I ask for new bed sheets because the ones that were there were dirty! The housekeeping ladies fought that they can’t switch them out? Also a 150 deposit that was required to check in as well as a 20 dollar per day fee ? Workers are all rude.
