This 11th floor ocean front retreat has an extra wide balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous sunset views over the Bay that will take your breath away. We offer seating for 8 on our balcony that includes a bar height dining set (awesome unobstructed view above the railing) & contemporary and comfortable patio furniture.

With our condo you won’t have to spend your vacation $$ on toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry soap, spices, condiments, coffee, sugar, cream, books, games. Yoga mats, beach supplies (see below) separate bath & beach towels- we provide everything not included with other rentals.

We have upgraded everything and added all the modern amenities. Raised platform king bed (so you can wake up and enjoy unobstructed views ABOVE the railing), platform queen beds in the guest bedroom, and brand new leather sofa bed with queen memory foam mattress. Our fully equipped kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, Keurig & traditional coffee makers with coffee included. You’ll enjoy luxe bedding and towels, new tiled flooring all throughout, ceiling fans, Nest thermostat, brand new flat screen smart TVs in each room, (Roku, Hulu, Netflix etc) Blue Ray DVD player on each TV, full pressure massage shower heads, brand new blackout curtains and blinds, free 5G Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Google Home in living room, Alexa in bedroom, power banks for your devices, tennis rackets, boogie boards, beach toys, balls for basketball and volleyball, umbrella and beach chairs with a beach wagon, cooler bag, and beach towels are all provided. We have a W/D in the condo with laundry detergent included. Again, We have even provided amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just grab your swimsuit and go!

THE RESORT
The resort includes 6 foot deep pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and children’s playground with large grassy area, assigned covered gated parking, private boardwalk to the beach and air-conditioned elevators with panoramic views.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Parking is available for one vehicle in the covered parking area, and plenty of uncovered parking for extra vehicles. There are grocery and luggage carts provided. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a keyless secure door code. Your rental will be clean and ready for you to enjoy.

THE LOCATION
There is so much to do, once you get here. You can rent a golf cart to explore the island, or walk to one of the many area restaurants, stores, coffee and souvenir shops located within 8-15 minutes from the condo. The island offers jet ski rentals, , horseback riding, boat rentals, sand castle lessons, kite surfing, parasailing, Turtle sanctuary, fishing & much more!

Awesome location, awesome stay

This property is as good as advertised. Great views of the gulf out the back door. Sunrise every morning. Sunset out the front door. Wonderful deck to relax. We didn't need to bring anything. Towels, bedding, beach equipment /chairs umbrellas are all here. Coffee, spices condiments on and on are included. Plus, it's within easy walking distance of the shop's, restaurants in the bay. Highly recommend.

Excellent Condo and Location

We rented this condo for four adults. First, the location of this condo is excellent. The views from the patio are gorgeous. The building is well managed and maintained. We used the pool and the hot tub, which were both excellent. The condo has many more amenities than we expected. The kitchen is well equipped, including all plates, utensils, glasses, and appliances. This condo is very close to the elevator so it’s easily accessible to anyone. The beds were quite comfortable. The showers had a little wear on them, but we’re still well within expectation if you’re coming to SPI for vacation this is the condo you want. We will stay here again for sure.

Favorite Condo

The best condo we have every stayed in. The pictures and description accurately describe the actual property. The building was in good shape, parking was simple, security was on duty, and it is in a terrific location walk back bayside for food and activities. You can walk less than 10 minutes and be at multiple restaurant/bars, grocery store, souvenir shops, and gravity park. As far as the actual condo it was in incredible shape. The upkeep is fantastic as it was clean and very well appointed. The bedding (all three) was incredibly comfortable along with the couches and chairs. The condo has everything you need. We forgot multiple items and each one was supplied at the condo. There is no reason to stop and get anything aside from food for the stay as everything from batteries to coffee was provided along with a variety of beach toys/chairs and a wagon. I honestly could not find an issue or complaint with the condo if I wanted to.

This place is amazing. The host literally thought of everything. Place is great to drive or fly to. It’s steps from the beach and the pictures are very accurate. You can get some great pics of the beach and gulf from the balcony. And the staff and tenants in the building are very friendly.

We had a great week! Love that the kitchen is labeled and full of useful items because we cook most of our meals. Watched the fireworks, walked to shops, felt the Space-X launch (!) and strolled/sat/read/napped on the beach every day. We hope to be back next year!

Just Amazing

The location and view is what gives this property 5 stars. They had all the chairs, umbrellas and beach toys anyone could want. By the end of our 4 day stay we had too much sun so we played ping-pong, used the tennis courts and swam in the pool. Depending on the time of day, all activities could be done in the shade. We also played games that are provided by the host. Very quiet building. If you are looking to party, go somewhere else! Any "issues" that I saw with the unit could be taken care of with a Magic Erase and elbow grease. Also they need 4 new pillows in the queen room that are not foam. We will book here again, and look forward to returning to the same unit.

We fell in love with this place! All beach necessities were available, so we didn’t have to bring or buy anything. Balcony was great to have our morning coffee and dinner looking at the Gulf! 1st trip to SPI and it was unbelievable!

My husband and I surprised our 4 kids (ages 16-25) w/a trip to SPI and the condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed waking up each day to beautiful sunrises from the master/balcony and sunsets from the front door area. The condo was equipped with absolutely every amenity you could need. Bathroom toiletries, paper goods, laundry products, beach items, a fully stocked kitchen, etc. Everything was covered. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions and welcomed our early arrival allowing us to check in before 4pm. The entire complex was clean, staff was friendly, and the location was within easy walking distance to many restaurants and activities. We crossed into Mexico (Nuevo Progreso) which was an easy hours drive from the condo and a wonderful experience. I'm so happy we chose SPI to visit, so our family could enjoy culture, beautiful beaches, delicious food, and lots of relaxation. We can't wait to come back and visit again!

Wonderful property

We had a fantastic spring break week at this property! Everything is as promised-- plentiful kitchen, bath, and beach supplies. There was abundant toys, chair, umbrella, boogie boards, and nice big and thick beach towels. Comfy beds and pillows. The unit was well maintained and it was so lovely to be able to sit on the porch to eat and have a separate area to lounge. The beach was also great and not crowded even during spring break. The kids enjoyed collecting shells and playing in the sand, not to mention the kiddie pool which was heated. We were able to easily walk to the grocery store, and many other restaurants we wanted to go to. We could not have asked for anything more. One of the best properties we have stayed at in South Padre and we hope to be back! Thanks!

Such a Fantastic Stay!

I was here with my friend from London, England! I live in Austin and thought it would be great for the two of us to go to the beach for a few days during her 3 month stay in Texas. Great location and well-kept condo and property. The condo stocked everything we needed to prepare meals, have fun at the beach, kick back, and tidy up. The only hiccup was a water outage for a few hours with no communication about it. Other residents were confused as well. Otherwise, we're glad we chose this condo for our family Thanksgiving vacation.

Looking Forward to Another Stay!

This is our first time but won't be the last time we stay on this well-kept and equipped property. The view and sounds of the ocean simply do not get any better than what we enjoyed from the balcony. Just steps away, the beach was incredible and wave jumping was great fun for old and young alike. Short walk to Kic's for ice cream, but that didn't stop us from renting a golf cart for cruising the boulevard and visiting the sand sculptures at Clayton's - a highlight for our 6-year-old granddaughter!
