When the sun goes down, watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water as you watch the game on the large flat-screen TV.
Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the striking granite counter tops and bright open kitchen as you prepare your favorite meals. The dining area fits 6 guests comfortably, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Texas-sized barbeque grill area on the first floor to assist the pitmaster in the group.
The primary suite has a splendid king-size bed, perfect for enjoying the exquisite sunrise through large floor-to-ceiling windows while snug beneath the covers or unwinding at the end of the day while watching a show on the flat-screen TV. The gorgeous, newly remodeled primary ensuite has a marble vanity, plenty of drawers for storing toiletries, a 5-shelf linen closet, and a beautiful walk-in tile shower with a support bar.
The inviting guest bedroom has twin and queen-size beds to ensure a restful night of sleep. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, dresser, and small walk-in closet with storage shelf. Freshen up in the attached guest bathroom with a marble vanity, a 5-shelf linen closet, and a striking walk-in tile shower.
The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers a variety of activities to fill your day with fun. We have stayed at three different condos at Suntide II for our family beach trip. We have loved all of them. The view is amazing and you can see your family on the beach from the balcony. That’s the best thing about it for me.

The condo was wonderful! Clean and located just as described. Could not of had a better condo to stay! Called maintenance within 20 minutes of arrival. Was told a work order would be turned in and someone would be coming by the next day. Problem with sink was not fixed. We were there for 5 days and never heard back from them.

This location is well described in the profile. When the called the property manager for additional information or help, they were right on top of our requests. Couple things to know: the parking area does not support golf carts so plan on having a rental car or use Uber; this location is on the beach; pack beach towels as the property won’t allow bath towels on the beach. This is a great spot to stay, easy access to local restaurants and bars.

The kitchen in 303 is so nice! The master bath too. Loved our stay. Great view, big balcony, great location. More than enough clean towels. Cold AC, comfy couch! No complaints! (Bring your own sharp knife for cooking. Condo knives are always dull no matter where you go)

I should have been made aware that the property was not cleaned at the expected check in time. No shampoo or conditioner. This seems so basic to include. One elevator was not working during check in. The one elevator was not cleaned from all the use. Disposal needed repairs. Overall for the price I was disappointed.

A Great Stay with Beautiful View
We have been to a few wonderful places on vacation and our South Padre Island booking in the Suntide II condominiums on the beach rates among the best. Vrbo made it easy to choose accommodations and book the date we needed. The property management Padre Island Rentals were so nice and helpful available 24 hours to answer questions and help make your stay comfortable. The condo was very clean and the kitchen bedrooms, and bathrooms were made up smartly with all the amenities you would need. We found the island to be beautiful and clean with water and sand that without a doubt is “The Best in Texas”. There is plenty to do and if you are lucky; you can even see a rocket launch. For nourishment, there is plenty of great restaurants and bars that you will find delicious and unique food to satisfy most individuals. If I could ask for more; I might request easier to use streaming services with maybe instructions for the many remotes for the devices. So overall we found our trip to be all that we had hoped for and the accommodations were key to the success.

Beautiful Condo Directly on Beach
Perfect for couple or small family. Truly is fully equipped. Everything is in good working order. Nice TV's in main living area as well as both bedrooms with cable and wifi - not that we used them that much! Nice porch with ample and comfortable seating to watch the waves. Very clean!! Would definitely book again! The only thing I would do different is not book through VRBO who charged me a $75 fee for booking through VRBO. This extra expense could be avoided by billing directly with South Padre Island Rentals. I also saw an add in one of the local newspapers from SPI Rentals who was seeking maids to clean their rental condos for $8 an hour. I was charged $125 for a cleaning fee. I also left a tip for housekeeping at the desk at SPI Rentals. I hope Letty gets it because she had done an excellent or preparing the condo. I have a hard time believing that the housekeepers are being paid $125 to clean each condo making the $125 cleaning bill charged to me a bit excessive. Would be nice to let guests know that there is recycling available each Saturday morning from 8am to 11am not far from the Post Office on Beach Blvd for those of us who care about recycling.

This unit was really nice. We would stay there again. Great location, close to beach, good view. Everything was clean and not worn. Only one criticism - no water pressure in bathrooms. It was literally only a dribble coming out of the sinks; and showers weren't much better. That should be an easy fix as there was water pressure in kitchen.
