The location on the river is wonderful. Private Beach area great place to relax and watch boats. My room was clean. Comfortable beds. Nice full size frig with an ice maker! The front desk were attentive to any of my questions or needs. Kudos to the staff! Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Great find in Southport
Nice place for a fun weekend in Southport! Nice rooms, updated and clean. Nearby cute little beach with tons of shells for kids to shell hunt. Nice pool area and patio for eating/sitting by the water. Friendly staff. Walkable (a little far but less than a mile) to most places in Southport town. Close to ferry up to Fort Fischer or Bald Head Island.

I smoke and I know not to smoke in any room or balcony and we had to sign a paper on this which included anywhere on property or pay a $500 fine. I feel my rights were denied cause I had to go to top of driveway and walk down the road in front of woods to smoke and at night very uncomfortable. One side of bed went basically half way down to floor and very uncomfortable. The people above us stomped when walked around and hollered at each other. Was ok but felt like personal rights invaded. No rules about people drinking or people being loud. There was plenty of room outside on property for a small smoking area. Location was good from water park front. Could walk

The location and accommodations were excellent! This is our second stay and would most likely stay again. I know that musical preferences vary, but I do not like the live music on Thursday. Though some nights we may not return to our room before 8:30, there are times when quiet is appreciated after 7. We were in room 109 and could still hear the music. Perhaps 5-7:30 would be a better time for live music.

This location was beautiful. Because of facing south, you can see both the sunset and the sunrise. I absolutely loved this.
