Holiday Express was full, and l choose Comford suites as a second choice, and to my surprise it was as good as Holiday Express if not better. Everything was clean and updated. The breakfast offerings were great too.

Check in at this property is always difficult and lengthy. The bed was uncomfortable it had a divot where lots and lots of people had slept in it. We did not sleep all night because the person in the room next to us had their TV on and too loud. Your staff was excellent to respond and try to get someone to to the door but the people would not answer their door. At one point your staff even called the police and they still would not come to the door. This went on until at least 6 AM.

The person that checked us in was great and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and always well stocked. The area was nothing fancy, but right next to a mall with plenty of shopping and food options. Only 10 min or so from downtown. Dog friendly.

Absolutely disgusting rooms!! Beds were dirty and sheets not changed, stains all across the carpeting, toilet seat hanging off the toilet! Immediately walked out and requested refund!

The stay was good. Just the beds are too close to the air unit, so the room didn't cool off like it should have. The pull out bed was uncomfortable.
