Stayed from 8/1-8/4 Any of the bad reviews given are false. The rooms are newly renovated Clean Area around the grounds are well kept Staff is beyond nice, Lillian made the check in process seamless even though she was bombarded with check ins from a youth football tournament Breakfast in the morning is good, the lady who runs that area keeps everything stocked and clean The one complaint i see getting complaints is a deposit. But who doesn’t know that hotels hold a deposit and this hotel only holds $50. If you don’t know in 2024 that hotels hold deposits you been living under a rock. There are plenty of options for food a short drive away. Around the immediate hotel not that many but a short 10 minute drive there is a plethora to chose from. I would def stay again

The staff was excellent and accomodating. They were always willing to help and friendly about it. Kathy and The lovely Jamaican girl at the front desk were so nice to work with and made room changes for me. I have stayed here twice and look forward to staying again in the future.

Great place to stay. Would recommend.
In my view, this Spartanburg hotel is the finest Best Western establishment my family has stayed. The rooms are clean and the mattresses are of excellent quality. Although the showers may be outdated, they still serve their purpose. The only issue I have is that motorhomes and vehicles with trailers occupy numerous parking spaces, leaving limited parking for other hotel guests. Additionally, the breakfast provided is a delightful addition.

When I went to check in the lady behind the counter said " It says on your reservation that you're by yourself " I replied " Yes Ma'am " She then replied " Well then , who is that guy behind you on the couch ? " I replied " I don't know , he just walked in the same time I did and sat at the couch in the lobby. " I was upset that this woman was insinuating that I was lying , but didn't want to say anything else , because I was tired and just wanted to get to my room to go to sleep. I am a GM at a restaurant and even if I think a customer is lying , I don't " question " them or " try to catch them in a lie " The mere thought that she thought I was trying to sneak some dude in my room infuriated me and even though the room is nice and every other aspect is great , this woman at the front counter has left such a bad taste in my mouth , that I'll NEVER sleep at a Best Western again.
