The building itself and the decor are absolutely beautiful! I was disappointed in the maintaining of the building though, you can definitely see it has aged and there were cracks in the walls of the restroom. The room itself was gorgeous, it was the smaller details adding up. The receptionist was lovely as well, she was very helpful and gave us suggestions. I would definitely come again

I got in late and the check in process was super easy and convenient. I didn’t need to find an office or talk to a computer (which I hate), everything was communicated via text and email, clear instructions and communication. The room was clean and I had everything I needed. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks pioneer lodge.

I have a mixed review about my stay at the Pioneer Lodge. The location is great - close to Zion so you can take the shuttle there, lots of restaurant options, very walkable. The receptionists were very friendly. Parking was included. During my stay they listed a grab-and-go breakfast option but they only had apples in the lobby. We requested new towels twice and never got any. The mattress and pillows were the most uncomfortable of any hotel I've ever stayed at. You cannot let the heat/AC run below 70 which can be very inconvenient at times. Just know that the location is great but you might not be comfortable in this hotel...
