If I rate comfort alone, it’ll be a 5, cause the beds were soooo comfy, but everything was below par. There was an old McDonald’s bag with trash left in it in my room from the previous guests, despite displaying a sign that they clean all rooms with hospital quality cleaning 😏 The curtains were torn. I ordered house keeping and they didn’t replenish my toilet paper. I had to stop at the front desk to ask for toilet paper, and they told me if they have any more, they’d give it to me. Fortunately they found one roll in the back. They stated their truck hadn’t come yet to deliver their supplies. They also told me if they went to Walmart to purchase rolls of tp for a hotel, that it’ll be 7 times the cost of their supplies, which was TMI (too much info). The muffins for breakfast were dry, staff didn’t always speak. One morning I needed to speak with a staff member before I left out for work, and no one was there for a long time. I had to leave and call the front desk when I got to work to discuss what I needed. There were stains on one of the comforters, it looked clean, but stains were clearly present. They got my home address wrong on the receipt. Just safe to say that I will not be staying here anymore

Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Thursday night it was nice and quiet. Friday not was a different story, adults loud in the halls until after 11pm. Not happy about that. Then theybtook over the breakfast area on Saturday morning so i was unable to get any breakfast that day. The good breakfast is one reason i chose to stay there.

The property is old and dirty in some areas. Needs to be redone. We didn’t even have toilet paper on a toilet paper holder!!! A roll was on a shelf behind you! Crazy they just don’t go and buy a standing paper holder

The entire expert was sub par. Breakfast offerings were terrible they didn’t put me in a room that I booked and had no options to change and my closet door was not connected to the hinges and fell a room to the other wall. I reported this and was told there were no other options. Staff at front desk was rude. When I asked for linens for the sofa bed I was told “not sure if we have any but you need to come down the front desk to check”. Will not stay again. Very disappointed.

Not great but not scary
Though on the newer side, the room was a bit worn down (e.g. flaking leather on the chair), but good enough. The shower could have used some bleaching to remove a little mildew and the wall a little scrubbing, but they were good enough.

nice hotel... bad experience
computers were down at the hotel before check in and I was supposed to pay for all 4 rooms upon arrival. The Hotel instead of calling me to ask me if I wanted to pay with that card or pay cash, just ran it through my card and overdrafted my account which I incurred fees for. upon arrival and paying cash(like i would have done), they credited my account back but I am still stuck with overdraft fees. Also when fixing their messup I was double charged tax on one of my 4 rooms which they took off and now 2 weeks later they went ahead and ran on my card without my permission. Great Clean Hotel, Poor experience with payment
