We were given a the reserved room we asked for (rated 8.6) but when we opened the room door we were immediately dismayed. Room smelled of animal presence, the carpet had multiple stains, the fabric arm chair and ottoman was shamefully stained - I did not want to put our things on anything soft. The furniture was scraped and did not appear clean. It was not an 8.6! in any sense of the ratings. They did give us a better, cleaner and better lighted room although the air conditioner wasn’t as good as the previous cluster mess room.

Pros: Very nice and friendly staff. Quick check in & check out. Good variety of food for breakfast. Located right off the interstate. Cons: My son was excited to swim during our weekend stay, but the pool was only half filled with dirty water. The housekeepers didn’t put any effort into making our beds or even fix the sheets. The ice machine and water fountain were covered in grime. The TV didn’t work. The WiFi sometimes worked. The keys only opened the building and room door after countless tries.

For the price the property is great. If you’re expecting a fancy hotel this isn’t that. However if your just swimming, enjoying your family trips, and or relaxing for the night this is perfect and right off Hwy 65

Stayed here during a business trip. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast should be a little earlier. The one morning breakfast did match our schedule it was good though. They have an amazing coffee machine in the lobby that will brew an impressive array of specialty coffee, at any time of day or night. Friendly staff. Would certainly stay here again.
