I pay for the long room I pay 200 for a room tht don’t look like the picture at all I don’t no wht it was and the people was so rude and disrespectful and I pay for one of the most expensive rooms it don’t look like it at all

The rooms were nice. The bathrooms are a little small and made it difficult for more than one person to get ready at once. The customer service was great! We liked the pool. There was an incident with a drunk person taking up 3 parking spaces and someone smoking weed in their room. It didnt make our room smell but the hallway did. The staff seemed to handle the situations well.

Not the most comfortable stay!
The front desk person was really nice. The hotel itself was clean and friendly. The indoor pool by our room was not - lots of kids and families and noise. The room was kind of sad - the bathroom was GROSS - dirty grout, literally poop smeared on the shower curtain, a scrubber left under the vanity...lots of mildew and rust as well. The bed was comfortable though. We were on the ground floor and someone kept banging on the window!! Not the most comfortable stay for sure.
