Room was nice and modern, but the comforter was dirty with what seemed to be dirt or maybe even black mold; it was black on the left side of the comforter. Also, when opening the sofa couch, there was a plastic knife when I lifted the cushion. Everything else was fine, but you’d hope your room to be completely clean.

I had to squash some big brown bug on the wall, didn't have time to make picture or understand what kind of bug it is. Carpets in hallways are noticeably dirty, especially on lower floors.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning. They served eggs, waffles, Canadian bacon, sausage, potatoes, Bagels, muffins, Danish, cereal, oranges, Apple, banana, coffee, hot coco, different selections of drinks from orange juice, cranberry juice, tropical juice. Fresh towels in the rooms everyday.

The employee who checked us in was unfriendly and unhelpful in answering questions about Nights of Lights. The hallways, elevator and room needed vacuuming and the couch in the room had stains. Disgusting. We did NOT stay there. We found another hotel despite not being able to cancel.

You need another waffle maker
Check in was nice and smooth. I got to me room and everything was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean with good toiletries to use. Bed was a little firm but lots of pillows helped. Only complaint was breakfast. There was only one waffle maker so one morning I had to skip that because so people were waiting it was too long to wait. Maybea second one? Some variety would've been nice. The omelettes for one day were good but the fake eggs every other day were gross. Sausage floating in water is gross. Other than that it was a good stay.

VERY NICE....HOWEVER
THE ROOM THE SERVICE THE STAFF WERE ALL EXCELLENT. HOWEVER,THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE HOTTUB WAS NOT WORKING AND HADNT BEEN WORKING FOR SOME TIME ONE OF THE REASONS WE BOOK THIS HOTEL WAS BECAUSE THEY HAD A HOT TUB. I WISH THE WEBSITE HAD NOTIFIED PEOPLE THAT IT WASNT WORKING BEFORE BOOKING. I DO THINK IT IS UNFAIR TO BE CHARGED FOR AMENITIES THAT DO NOT WORK.

Difficult to get to
Overall a good place for the price. Not I. Their control but road construction in the immediate area is horrendous!! Making entry to the property very convoluted. The television system in the room was horrible. It is difficult to get it on to simply watch something. They can’t address the road construction HOWEVER the television situation can be synchronized and actually available to a customer. It was nice but we won’t stay there again when in the area. We were there for a family member’s Celebration of Life so the frustrations were difficult to navigate

Cigarette orders coming thru the air conditioning below the first floor outside front patio making it’s way up the the 2nd floor. This isn’t good if you have non smokers or children which causes 2nd hand smoke.
