I'm sorry to report that this property is quite worn down. Bathroom fixtures barely functional, beat-up walls, lighting fixtures broken or not functional, stained mirrors - just quite delipidated.

Feel so Comfortable property when we drove from Las Vegas, Nevada Airport to St. Geroge, Utah is a great stop local shopping around so sweet people around there. Perfect places for a rest.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Property is incredibly unsafe, random people tried to break into my room twice in one night, the next night I woke up to somebody in the parking lot running around with a knife screaming that he was going to kill some lady who was driving away, there was a man smoking meth in the parking lot, and the front desk doesn’t care about security at all! My key stopped working on the first night, I went to get a new one and they didn’t ask for an ID or my name or anything, they just made a new key. So apparently any random person can walk up and ask for a key to your room and they’ll just let them in. The older man with a mustache working the front desk was rude and belligerent for no reason. He got very aggressive and yelled at me just for telling him that none of my room keys would work. The room was disgusting, it smelt like weed and mold, the bathtub was moldy and the shower curtain had yellow stuff growing out of it, there were exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. The towels still had poop stains on them from previous guests, and the ones on the bottom of the pile were molding. There were cockroaches living in the couch and mouse poop behind the tv. The only thing that worked right in the room was the TV. This place is disgusting, it’s dangerous, and the some of the staff members were border line violent. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR SNY REASON ITS NOT WORTH THE CHEAP ROOM RATES.

I didn't arrive until 2e man who checked me in was rude. He asked for a hundred dollar deposit when I stay there 2 to 4 times a mo. I always get the same room but this time was given a filthy room with stuff dripping off the side of bed and headboard. I called the front desk and he wouldn't answer so I sat there for three hours until new staff came they quickly moved me and apologized. That night time man was so rude

Room was clean enough. Some chips out of the wall and the light/fan in the bathroom was uncovered and had dust and maybe mold growing on it. Around 7am someone (guessing cleaning people) knocked then promptly let themselves in w/out waiting for a response. Fortunately had the extra lock on and they weren’t able to fully open the door. Had blackout curtains, but those don’t do much good when there are floodlights shining right at the window. Also push pins hanging out of the curtains
