Clean, safe, quiet. Great staff. Clean Indoor pool and hot tub! Close to a nice wal mart. Some reg-dine in spots. Specialty type dine in spots bout 10 miles away in St George. If u have 2 wheel pick up or cross over SUV drive cotton wood Rd. From St. George to Leeds. Nice 1.5 trip! Any other roads have deep sand and non-locals will get stuck. RR from Texas. Go Hernz!

I am very frustrated about the management here. I accidentally booked for the wrong day using Expedia. Expedia was more than accommodating and helpful. The manager of this hotel was unresponsive. I was told that a refund could be issued for the incorrect date if I chose to rebook a different date but was required to book it first rather than doing a transfer of days. I did book for the correct date and have called multiple times to see about the refund for the incorrect date. The staff told me the manager preferred email so I emailed her. Still no answer. Expedia followed up with the hotel and never received a response. Eventually they dropped it and it was left up to me. The staff all knew about my situation and reached out to the manager on more than one occasion. The incorrect date has unfortunately passed and now there is no hope of recovery for my loss. At the very least I would expect someone to be honest with me and to have a follow up from the manager explaining that the refund wouldn't be happening. To me this was bad service and cowardes.

Heating/cooling systems very noisy. Even if turned off the fan still ran. Check in was great with friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

This was our 3rd stay at a Comfort Inn and Suites. They nail it every time. All the little details and amenities: coffee maker, blow dryer, easy check-in. They keep it simple and take the basics to the next level. Very comfortable, very easy.

Our Utah stay
Well Comfort Inn is always a budget friendly clean place to rest your head at night. No frills, no bells an whistles just friendly folks welcoming you in with a warm reception. Free breakfast, indoor swim a nice work out fitness center. Comfort Inn is like McDonalds, you know what you are getting everytime you stay here. Staff are all friendly,kind and respectful. My go too overnight stay. There is always a comfort Inn close by.
