The hotel seems run-down and in need of updates. The mattress and pillows were horrible and the towels were so thin and skimpy that they were probably purchased from the Dollar Store. The breakfast was really lacking and they didn’t have any fresh fruit or “healthy” options. On the plus side, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the pool was nice. It was expensive for what we got.

We were expecting this to be a hotel not a motel. Our room was run down and smelt icky like an old motel room. Not what we were expecting at all

Won’t stay here again. The staff was very nice but that’s like putting lipstick on a pig. The overall facility is dated and our room was dirty and substandard. Ripped curtains; dirty and stained bed covers; the mattress was old and not supportive at all. The bathroom was dirty: grime on the floor and just aged toilet, sink and tub. This was a cheap night’s sleep but I will pay more at a better hotel next time.

Had to carry a 50 pound suitcase upstairs, no elevator. Also, our room was hot because we were facing the sun which made the room very hot, and we had to keep the curtains closed while we were in our room to prevent extreme heat going into our room from the reflection of the sun hitting the glass. The air conditioner cannot keep up from the heat from the glass

The atmosphere was basically peaceful. The outside golf was fun. The basketball court was good. The breakfast was not good. Raw hash browns and the cereal was corn flakes and Cheerios. Not a very good selection. TV had about 2 channels worth watching.

The sink in our bathroom was not draining. Maintenance tried to fix it but could not. It needed a new drain. The last few times we have been there, we have been disappointed with the towels. They are so thin and we are not given enough towels unless we call for more.

The hotel overall was just average. The beds were so uncomfortable they are in need of new mattresses. The breakfast was below average very very basic same thing every day. Not stocked up well I’ve had better elsewhere.

Check in and out was easy. We had been traveling for 10 hours and wanted a place to sleep. The air conditioner didnt work it felt like a sauna in the room. The outlet didnt work, and had 4 people only gave us 2 towels.
