Overall we liked our stay. Property was well situated and amenities on site were wonderful. However we spent some time at the adult only pool and it was littered with half eaten food, empty cups and used towels. Likewise there were several empty wine glasses in the shrubbery by the walkway to our rooms which remained there for the duration of our stay.
The rooms were well appointed, a/c was fabulous given it was 98 degrees outside and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. They are a little dated however and we expected a few more high end touches for the price we paid.
We are breakfast at the Inn and it was delicious and plentiful.
Location was ideal for easy access to local vineyards and St. Helena.
We would stay again but perhaps when rates are a little more reflective of room conditions.

Room large but outdated, carpet not clean, hair in the shower drain. Charged for dog w/o promised amenities. No pool service, had to go to bar get drinks. Also 2 days got the last towels for the pool. Service mediocre. Very expensive for level of service and quality of property. Stayed there because it was convenient and close to my event and takes dogs.
Absolutely beautiful, I felt like I was in a cottage in the forest. Food was fabulous. Staff is amazing and very friendly. Bed was a little too hard for my back and you can hear every word from the people next to you or above but other than that we were extremely happy with our choice to stay there. We will definitely stay again.
The Harvest Inn is a magical place. Pictures hardly do it justice to show the fairytale like beauty of this property. This is a special place, for sure! We spent 4 days here for our wedding and everything was first class from the service, the rooms and the views. We are looking forward to returning!
Excellent location and A/C for hot weather, but our fireplace room smelled like an astray. Opening doors for fresh air did not help. They might try changing the filter on the A /C to filter out smoke.
