This spacious modern rv is located on 1/2 mile of Mohawk River( Erie Canal) waterfront. It has private bedroom with king size bed and attached bathroom with shower. It also has a pull out sofa couch in the living room along with two lounge chairs. Two large flat screen televisions. (Antenna only - cable coming soon). Full kitchen with island and coffee nook. Outside bbq with picnic table under the awning. Everything included, just pack your personal items and jump in the car.

LOVED our stay!
We absolutely loved our stay here & loved the property. The RV was amazing and the grounds were wonderful. We had the most relaxing & splendid getaway! We loved it so much, we are going to purchase a 5th wheel & put it at a seasonal. Thank you so much for the fantastic stay. We really appreciate it! This is one of the best places we have ever stayed! & what a great surrounding area as well.

Digging weekend
Chris's property is clean , comfortable and well lit. I felt completely safe going in and out of the property. It was an upscale rv to me, as I have often stayed in hotels. This property was very close to where I was digging for Herkimer crystals, so it was perfect. I enjoyed the Keurig coffee as well! Thanks for being a great host Chris!

Very clean and orderly. It could be a little confusing if you have never rented a RV before however the owners responded very fast to any of my questions allowing the stay to be completely enjoyable.

Wonderful Getaway
Staying 2 nights in the RV was the perfect getaway! Relaxed (no to do list), enjoyed the quiet, biked along the Erie Canal and had a lovely couples time. Highly recommended!! Chris is very responsive host if needed. The location along the river is quite serene.
