Yuck!
Front desk was not very friendly. Mold in shower. Room smelt horrible. White yucky stuff on comforter. 😬 breakfast not very good and area not very clean.

Good value for the money
It was clean and quiet, and the desk clerks were professional and polite. It appears to be in a safe neighborhood. The drink vending machine selection wasn't great, but the machine did work. The bed and pillows were comfortable. They provide free breakfast, but we overslept it, so I can't rate it.

The only thing I would want to change is the breakfast and the tv options.The breakfast options weren't that great. No streaming options on the tv the cable or whatever they had sucked. But the room was great and clean.

My family and I had experienced vehicle trouble which made for a hard couple of days. Once we finally arrived in Maryville, we had to walk one mile, with all our luggage (taxi service was not running). Reuben allowed us to check in early and even opened up the breakfast area for us to grab something to eat. We were all famished. He made our travel nightmare so much better. Not only was he understanding to our crisis but amazingly helpful. The maid staff was polite and helpful as well We will definitely stay at this ABVI location again and will urge our friends to stay here as well.

it was an ok one night stay. the breakfast area is really small and limited. it was hot in the hallways/elevator. The service desk was very attentive and nice and prompt in my checkin and checkout process. They were the gems of this hotel.

I really do like what this hotel offers. Great price for services offered. Location convenient, but not on the main road. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, laundry facilities, free breakfast and more. This visit not so happy about the cleanliness of the bathroom! Lots of long black hair that was not mine, all over shower, sink, floor and towels. I cleaned this up myself.
